Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 49 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect size for a small, older home. Was a job to install, but door is of nice quality and the final result looks great. Like the dual locking feature and while it took a little effort, I was able to get the key lock aligned and functioning well. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the door. July 6, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by New Sliding Glass Door - Photos of bright white door is misleading The door itself is sturdy and functions well. The color doesn't seem to be the white that others have uploaded or what is actually shown in the Home Depot product photos. I was looking for a modern slider true white. The screw holes that are used to adjust on the inside interior view are visible unlike the photo from Home Depot. March 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sliding Door Purchase Overall the door was fine. However, the screws included were very cheap. We had to remove them after we first put the door in, and they stripped immediately. August 2, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just not a good door I am a contractor with 20+ years of experience and put this door in my home. Here are the items that I had issues with. *Loose handle *Height adjustment screws stripped out *Leftover glue where they sealed the glass to the door *Key won't turn in lock, but when it does door won't latch even after adjusting *Not user friendly instructions July 5, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice door bad lock The door itself is fantastic easy to install looks great! The locking mechnisism on the handle is horrible. May 24, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Manufacturer is Unresponsive The door looks great but after installation I had a few concerns in which I sent the manufacture an email. There reply says they will get back to within 1 business day but it has been 1-1/2 weeks and I still have not heard a response. My concerns: 1. The key came inside the door lock and I cannot get it out of the key hole. 2. I have attempted to make adjustments per the manual for the door lock, but I cannot get it to latch. The install instructions are not very detailed. 3. The door makes "ALOT" of plastic rubbing noise when opening and closing the door. From what I can tell it is from their sweep-type weatherstripping and the plastic sticks out further than the sweep. 4. It came with some scratches on the composite that I am sure happened in transit. Overall, I a just frustrated that I am not getting a response on any of these, May 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Someone said it; you get what you pay for. First off, the door opens and closes just fine. However, in order to get the door to latch/lock the catch needed to be shimmed out with washers. Now when the door is closed, it barely makes it past the weather strip. Guess we will see how it works in the winter time. 2nd, and speaking of weather stripping, this constantly comes out require a screw driver to push it back in. This last for a day or two then has to be done again. See attached pictures. I would steer away from this door and would not have bought it knowing what I know now. Oh, the warranty, read carefully. You need to send a letter with said issues. Also, this was installed by a reputable window/door company. August 31, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Door for the Price Great door for the price. It was rather heavy. Easy to instal January 12, 2016
