This is the perfect grill to carry along with you if your not really a devoted outdoor chef. My wife and I have been retired now for 6 years and we spend most of our time in our motorhome. This grill is as handy as any appliance we carry with us. We love it and use it to prepare most of our evening meals because retirement allows us to be lazy and so does this grill. we've tried all kinds of electric and gas units and find this is the best for us. We have purchased 3 of them and keep 2 of them stored in our garage for future use. This cost is still cheaper than one or any of the other kind of units.

I put this grill together in less than 15 minutes, the hardware comes very well labeled. All you need is a philips screw driver and a pair of pliers. I am cooking for one, so the less money I have to spend on charcoal the better. I love my little itty bitty grill, I have plans to take it on a beach trip very soon. It's so small you don't need a big scrapper to clean it, or BBQ tools, you can use what is in your kitchen.
The male reviewers need to get the big manly grills and leave this one to us! : )

I live in a second floor . This is an excel. option . 4 stars because the legs supports are very bad don't trust them if you want to lift the whole grill . everything else ..very good for up to 3 or even 4 people. dont pay the extra charge from Home Depot ... you can do it in 10 min. you wont need anything but a screw driver and a good plier
watch out the vents they cut you fingers

I was looking for a small charcol grill and this grill was exactly what I was looking for. When I asked where this was, I was taken to the grill rather than just told what aisle to go to like at other Home Depot Stores I have been at. This is the most customer-friendly Home Depot Store I have ever been to and will continue to shop there.

i like it that its portable, and budget friendly. im only cooking for myself at the moment, but i think it could cook for at least 2 ppl at a time, depending on what your cooking(its only 14in wide) and i could put it in the trunk and bring it to the park or something, w/ no disassembling required. i do wish the bottom vents came from around the ash collector, but i guess they did it to save space or soemthing. the parts arent that flimsly if you can tighten down the screws enough. i actually broke the plastic handle on mine cuz i over tightened the bolt, but i went back to the store and they replaced it with a whole new grill. Very happy about that. It does sit real low to the ground, so u might have to kneel down alot or you could put it on a table or something. also, the bowl for the charcoal isnt huge so i wont be wasting too much charcoal at each grill. Overall, i think it was a good deal. got mine for 17bucks on clearance, i think its usualy $20. not bad.

Bought this grill to burn my junk mail and roast the occasional hot dog. I think this will fit my needs well, because I can bring this one inside when I'm not using it.

Bought on a camping trip. Stows away in a sec and easy to set up. Just right for burgers and dogs and even grilled a few steaks for 2 on it.

Bottom line: spend ten buck more for the Weber... it's well worth the extra and it works. This one just doesn't, primarily because of the bottom vent being on the side instead of the middle.
