Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE IT!! The biggest issue was that it was dented during shipment. Just a cosmetic thing. Big concern is that you can't adjust the flame cool enough... it wants to run over 275 degrees... at the low setting. It is nice that the racks fit in the dishwasher for quick clean up. Have always wanted a smoker, and this is a great entry level one to start out with. June 23, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value for the price The smoker was easy to assemble. I have only used it once, I smoked ribs, but I was very pleased with how it worked. The temperature gauge is way off and it was hard to keep the temperature low, but with a little effort it worked out. Not the best quality, but excellent for the price. I suggest not using wood chips but get the wood chunks instead. The chips burned up way too fast. I think it was because being a gas smoker and having the chip dish sitting right over the flame that it got hot very quickly. October 15, 2013
