Will this work with the masterbuilt that has a stand under it?

No, it is meant to attach sitting on the ground. I have my Smoker on a dolly with a piece of plywood as the floor. I will simply extend the plywood to accommodate the slow smoker so they are on the same level.

Does this unit incorporate a water bowl?

Looking for the difference between this slow smoker and the bullet smoker

No, this unit is only designed to create smoke for your Masterbuilt smoker so that you can slow smoke food at a lower temperature. Your main smoker has the water bowl. No food goes in this unit.

smoker can work by itself to smoke pork?

I want a smoker for my mom and I would like to know if she can smoke anything with this smoker like meat, cheese. I dont want to adapt anything to it

Cannot smoke alone, needs to be attacked to another smoker, ice box cooler or any other box for COLD SMOKING.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I have had two of these burn out on me. Integrity is not good. Parts hard to or impossible to fin... I have had two of these burn out on me. Integrity is not good. Parts hard to or impossible to find. Has poor air circulation. Builds up moisture inside creating sticky tar in chip chute causing chips to dam up and stick. Pungent sour smoke. It needs a chimney down the center of the chips so they can breath and draw better. I have used many wood types all very dry at start. A "weekender" should easily get more than a year out of these units. The Masterbuilt smoker is useless in the summer without them though because once gets up to temperature, burner shuts down and so does the smoke. Cold smoke generator choices are few so not sure what the right answer is.

I wasn't fond of having to add wood chips every hour, so I bought this and it is THE BEST accessory for the smoker you can get!............ one drawback is that I purchased a Masterbuilt stand to raise the smoker up and make it easier to tend (I'm tall), and the stand doesn't have space for the Slow Smoker, so I had to buy a second stand which looks kind of funny........... This product however is GREAT!!!

It is a perfect addition to my smoker and I would recommend it to anyone who loves that smoke flavor with out having to cook your foods, like sausage that can then be stored until ready to use and have the smoke flavor you love. I am completely satisfied with this product!
