Answer:
best thing to get is a charcoal tower, I have one of these, you put the paper in the bottom, then flip it over, add charcoal, then lit paper, takes about 20 mins for charcoal is ready, this way all the charcoal is lighting at the same time

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 39 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the price. Upon assembly I noticed the "powder coat" cracking and chipping under the pressure of the nuts and screws. I ended up dropping a handle during the installation process and it broke apart. It's a cheaply built product. Spend the extra $40 for a Weber. August 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great grill Easy to use and clean...the size is great for any grilling event August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great grill for the price. This is a great kettle style charcoal grill. Like other kettle style grills, it reaches optimal temperatures faster. For the price this grill is great, it heats well, food is generally the optimal distance from the coals for quick, yet thorough cooking. I like the ash catcher, it works pretty well, and it's easy to take in and out. The downside was that the handle broke very easily. However, once ducktaped, I've had no further trouble with it. The downsides - the heat is not evenly distributed, per the kettle style grill design. This isn't necessarily a downside if you are cooking things that do not need the same temperature. The outer edge gets very little heat, even if you have spread the coals evenly along the bottom of the grill. Also, the charcoal ash mostly goes down to the ash catcher, but there is always a ring of charcoal that stays put in the bottom, even with some shaking of the grill. Those things aside, I still recommend this grill for easy charcoal grilling. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Bang for the buck ! I live in Florida by the Ocean , where NO grill of any kind lasts 10 years . I used to buy Weber grills at 4 times the price of this one .Then I bought one of these and they lasted just as long and cooked just as well . Why pay 4 times more for the same result ? ? ? August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Does it's job easy to assemble. doesn't vent as well as I would like but overall great bang for the buck. good for a secondary grill for use when you don't want to fire up your larger grill. March 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Handles Broke Zero stars I have to Return this item Both Handles Broke. On this Grill on the First Use. I put one Star only because it Made Me. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Not expensive, but worth it Had this grill for 3 years, handle on the bottom part broke off, so I made extensions out of galvanized pipe, had a handle out of a piece of cedar, so what it it brakes, fix it, u fix ur car when it brakes down right, so same principle here, I would recommend to all my friends July 7, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by not bad Great grill not bad for price wish it had a Thermometer on top. July 6, 2016
