I've done 12 4 lbs butterball breast roasts at once. Of course, I had to rotate every hour to make sure everything finished at the same time.

Only one burner of the 2 burners works, looks like I will have to take the burner system down and reassemble. If the reassembly does not work that makes things even worse. The instructions are extremely hard to read and understand, the only saving grace is that you do not need a lot of tools to put it together. Step by step instructions need a ton of work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Masterbuilt smoker Biggest piece of junk I have ever bought. Smoky mountain use to build these smokers and they were good quality smokers. Masterbuilt turned it into cheap junk. Legs broke off with in a year and started rusting out immediately. I followed all cleaning recommendations and kept smoker inside when not using. Don't waste your money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great smoker and grill This is our 3rd smoker in 12 years. We went with the wider body this time. We use this as a grill as well. Love how easy it is to control the heat. We are going to place ours on blocks to raise it up since it is so low. The only issue we had with the first two smokers is that the bottom burned out at the burner.

Works great, and I highly recommend this smoker. plenty of room, was able to smoke 100 Polish Sausages at the same time. This is definitely the smoker to get especially if you smoke a lot of meat at once, and $208.85 for the smoker & cover was a great bargain.

The last one held out for eight years and served me well smoking hundreds of pounds of meat. I was thrilled that I could buy another one just like it to replace "Old Smokie". Looking forward to many years of smoking with the new one.
