This light shows a depth measurement of 20 inches. Is the measurement from the wall to the exterior part of th globe?

Are the lights suspose tp be off set

as you look down the light the middle light is off set a degree or two
this is an expensive light and it just does not look right

If you talking about the image of the fixture, then that was simply the photographer taking the image slightly off.
As long as you install this fixture properly and safely on a junction box, then it will be a level light fixture.
