This little tool packs a big punch on clogged drains and lines. Has saved me time and money over calling a plumber to unclog kitchen and floor drains. They are however a bit sensitive and tend to burst easily on certain applications. Still a good tool for the price and the fact that it comes in three different sizes is a plus.

Tenants can be rough on drains. This little tool works a miracle on the toughest clogs. It saves me a ton of money since I don't need to call a Plumber.

It really works, expect a little water to back up and splash before the bladder balloons. Easy remedy is to have a towel wrapped against the pipe to minimize water leakage.

This thing worked great. I spent hours snaking out my kitchen sink with a power auger. I got in about 25 feet and could not get it around a bend. It was totally clogged. Also tried 2 bottle of drain cleaner and was about to call a plumber in. As a last ditch effort i tried this and within 5 minutes the sink was draining better than it has in years.
Tip: I bought a hose valve and short length of hose to attach to the bladder. This way I was able to control the pressure at the drain location (hose was connected to outside supply). This also allowed me to reposition the bladder to get a good seal.

I have a basement floor drain tucked under a shower stall -- difficult to access. It had become slow enough that a normal shower would fill the bowl and water would flow across the floor. With great difficulty, I managed to get a snake into the drain about 5 or 6 feet, but all that did was cut my hand, break the snake cranking mechanism, and ultimately push the obstruction tighter so that even a quick wet and rinse shower would cause water across the floor. AArgh! I went to Home Depot to buy a replacement snake and saw this bladder on the shelf, so grabbed it. Back home, the bladder barely fit into the floor drain before hitting the p-trap, but it was enough. On went the water, which easily sealed the drain to prevent backflow, and the water pressure pushed the obstruction downstream and out of my life. I then removed the bladder and stuck the hose down the drain. Even with the faucet full-on, there was no backup! A complete success.

I used this for a clogged pool line. It blew apart after 3 short 10 min tries at unclogging the line and the water pressure was not at full capacity.
