The Rope Lights were just what we needed and fit the job perfectly.
The product was delivered sooner than estimated and we were pleased.

Light puts out plenty of illumination, even more than anticipated. Easy to install. Excellent product. Would purchase again.

Great lighting for the patio at night! Clear light, not yellow. Bright enough to read by, but doesn't bother the eyes. Great value!

I was looking for a nice rope light that gave off a warm atmosphere around my spa area. The LCD rope lights were not what I was looking for. I ended up returning them. For my wife and I, they were way to bright and had a bluish hue to them. I sort of expected the end results because of them being LCD's but the reviews that were given prompted me to give them a try.
I ended up buying the Commercial Electric Clear Incandescent 48ft rope lights (Model# ML-2W-48ft-EX-E}. We are so much happier with this purchase. It's the nice warm glow we were looking for. I have included one pic with this review. Couldn't upload the LCD one.
Hope this helps in making your decision.

Love the way they light up my back patio. They have a blue glow to them which I think is better than the warm white lights.

I have used the product as an under rail deck light recessed in a channel routed into the deck rail. Works brilliantly, and a whole lot cheaper than some of the specialist LED products. Provides a bright, white down light (as expected for an LED).
