Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't waste your money Absolute trash. Broke down inside the 5-pattern wheel, and leaked from the thread connection between hose (metal male thread) and nozzle (plastic female thread) from inception regardless of how much you tighten it, and how much Teflon tape you wrapped around the hose's thread. You're better off spending more money and getting a good nozzle. It seems to me that a thread connection with plastic on one side and metal on the other is eventually bound for trouble, particularly when working under water pressure. October 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Leak and would not completely close after 6 month. Thinking a $5 nozzle would be better than the $1, I was wrong. In terms of "hand held" quality, it is. However, the fundamental problem is the same for this design and the cheaper one. It leaks on the adjustment section, and it won't completely close after releasing the handle. Even if you push it back. It only last for 6 month. Don't count on the lifetime warranty, please. It requires you to mail back the defective one. I understand their concept and procedures. It mainly prevent people for cheating on warranty. However, the shipping cost to ship back is about the same if not more than buying a new one...... just go to local bargain stores and get a cheap for $1 or 2... August 26, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hard to believe.... This is so absurd it's almost funny. Every time I pick this nozzle up to attach it to my hose, rusty water runs out. They actually designed a garden hose nozzle with some component that rusts! I asked a 4th grader if that was a dumb idea and he said of course. Just waiting for this piece of junk to fall apart in my hand. September 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Please discontinue this item, Home Depot! Rubbish. Complete rubbish. 3 weeks old, and the thin metal casting for the handle pivot crumbled. Did children design these products? Tell your purchasing department to avoid these turkeys! May 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by You get what you pay for Since it has a metal body I thought this would be a good deal for the money. But when I used it for the first (and last) time water sprayed out of the side of the dial. Got a refund. May 27, 2013
