Answer:
Yes, it has been used to do the windows on skyscrapers of up to 93 floors. Someone said it will shoot water all the way from San Francisco to New York City but that has not been confirmed.

Answer:
Cannot tell you for certain that you will or won't be able to do the work you are describing but I can tell you that the nozzle will not be the limiting factor. It will all depend on the water pressure you have which is determined by the water source, the length of the hose and of course the height of your top floor windows.

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Beware of hex nut coming loose Apparently I am not the only person that has had a problem with the hex nut coming loose and rendering the nozzle unusable. I have two, and on each the nut came off and the part that causes the nozzle to function properly went off into the water at our dock where I was using it to wash down our boat. It is great when it works, but there does not seem to be a replacement part, therefore it is now worthless. July 6, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Fireman's Nozzle It does not stay off when you lay it down. Keeps a light spray. There is not a spray style for watering flowers. Either too strong or not strong enough. No were near quality of Craftsman brand that lasted 10 years. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nozzle This Nozzle is the best that I have ever had. I had one for two years before I got this one. My house has been repiped so it has a lot of pressure. This Fireman's Nozzle will shut off completely under a lot of pressure. !!! That is what I wanted and needed today !!!! April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful product Got this item for work and so far it's lasted longer than any other nozzle that we've tried. Bought this item 2 months ago February 23, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Should have been better. Initially, I liked the look, the compact design, and the hoped-for functions. Disappointed: the full flow setting was no better than holding my thumb over the end of the hose. The wide spray was very uneven and not as good as my 20 year old pistolgrip spray nozzle. Months later I picked up the hose and the hex nut that held the diffuser had come off -- gone -- somewhere in the greenery, so now the nozzle is virtually useless. Quality control should have been better. Looks good - performed poorly. January 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Nozzle This nozzle will spray water from a concentrated stream to a very wide cone discharge. I'm using it to manage dust on a construction site and it is superior to any other nozzle I've tried. September 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cannot get it off of the hose once its been on awhile It performs OK, but once you install it on the hose, it will not come off. This has happened twice. I am not heavy handed and the nozzle was only on a short while. September 7, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by none to buy I went to home depot to buy one 2 days ago, and they didn't have any of these nozzles. August 4, 2015
