Answer:
Yes, but it will take a lot of water and water pressure to force the water through. I think iit would defiinitely work though, because there is an opening on both sides, one with a twist off cap.

Answer:
Hi Kim,
Remove the cap from the back side of the sprinkler to attach another hose to run additional sprinklers. Standard hoses will fit.
Keep in mind that as additional sprinklers are added in succession, water pressure will be compromised, limiting the total number of sprinklers that can be used at once.
These sprinklers are among the best candidates for running in succession.

Is there an issue connecting multiple hoses together? Are the connections standard sizing for standard garden hoses?

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shame this had to be special ordered... should be in stock all the time Sprinkler has been a lifetime favorite, ideal for small sections of yard or just getting the corners. September 8, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not effective in series Ran 4 in series. Our household water pressure was set as high as it could safely go. Got maybe a 6-ft spread with 1st sprinkler. The rest in series were maybe a 1-ft spread. Reduced it down to 2 in series and was able to get a 3-ft spread out of 2nd sprinkler in series while the 1st one remained the same. Did not perform as expected. June 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Value This sprinkler covers about a 30 foot diameter at about an inch of water per hour with our local water pressure. This coverage is twice as fast and more complete than my current oscillating sprinkler. It also takes slightly lessl time and much less hassle than using smaller spot sprinklers. (The spot sprinklers drop twice as much water per minute, but over just an 18 foot diameter. I have to use spot sprinklers in six different places to cover my 50 X 26 front lawn, versus just two places for this spinning sprinkler.) The big drawback is that these spinning sprinklers last only about a single watering season (eight months) before the top breaks off. Oscillating sprinklers can last for decades, and spot sprinklers can last forever (no moving parts). Depending upon the size of your lawn, this type of sprinkler may be the most convenient despite the very poor lifespan. February 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Replace same product that broke The sprinkler did the job needed, but is a bit fragle. It broke when dropped. December 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by decent sprinkler This water sprinkler requires a lot of water coming through the hose to spread out. Then it does deliver a good soaking. However, I have another sprinkler, the overhead, rotating type, that covers twice as much area. Of course, it is then more like a medium rain than a soaking, depending on how long it is kept on. I gave this sprinkler a 4 because of it having to be turned up so high to cover the 35 square feet. July 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good sprinkler head Has longer life than sprinklers with plastic gears. Frugal compared with other spriniklers. Good value product. October 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Product! Much better quality than what they carried in the stores (now discontinued). Heavier metal construction, good powder coating and (so far) the rotor hasn't propellered off into the neighbors yard! June 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good sprinkler it's a good sprinkler. doesn't need a lot of water pressure to put out good water spray. has fittings on both ends to add more sprinklers between hoses. August 5, 2014
