This tile is dense and colored perfectly! Each piece interlocks with the next tightly with minimal to no need for grout. I used this on a wall above a fireplace. A great alternative to other faux stones that stick out way too much from the wall

This is not in the stores so I was a little nervous about selecting tile online. It turned out great! The tile fits like a jigsaw so it was really easy to apply to my kitchen peninsula. This was my first tile job so it went slow, but it was worth doing it myself (after the free home depot workshop, ofcourse). The ONLY reason why I gave it a 4 was because 2 of the tile came damaged. But I was able to use them for some of the slimmer cuts that I needed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ProjectEvolved Great looking tile
I ordered 8 cases. 1 complete case arrived broken; however, my contractor was able to use it anyway for areas that needed cut pieces. I like the way the finished project looks and have gotten good comments from friends and family. We used pewter caulk which seems to be a good match to the lines in the tile "between stones." We also used 511 Impregnator sealer over tile and grout. The bathroom is small and it's hard to get a good photograph of the complete project, but I tried and did include some.
My contractors comment was, now that he has worked with this wavy edge, large tile, he feels confident he can work with any tile.
I only took my star rating down because of the complete case of broken tile.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jbj It looks fake
The fake grout between the fake stones disappointed us. I thought there would be real grout between real stones. I have to return it. Too bad I can't find loose stones attached to a mesh in a darker / brown tone.

After months of agonizing over tile for our two entry ways, we found this. The color and style seemed just what we would like so we ordered it. Putting it down was very weird due to the scalloped edges but once we grasped the concept as a jigsaw puzzle it went quickly. Cutting the tile for the edges was also a bit strange as the scallops had to be retained, but once again it was merely a matter of figuring out what was needed. The instructions were generic, pretty much worthless. Now that it is all down, grouted and sealed, we are extremely pleased. A favorite games is "find the seam", almost impossible to do thanks to the random waviness of the design. Whoever designed this product is a genius!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MikeR Looks nice, but a lot of tile cutting
I used this tile for a basement shower installation. Given the fairly small space, there were a LOT of cuts. I think out of about 50 tiles, there were only 8 that didn't need to be cut on at least one side. That created a lot of waste.
The nice thing was that with such large tiles, tiling the shower was a very fast job, even with all the cutting.
This was my first home project with tile work. The uneven edges on the tiles required just a little more planning on where and how to start laying the tiles, and as others have mentioned, be sure to rotate the tiles around when applying so that the pattern isn't so obvious. The wavy lines make for very simple installation, and you don't have to be super critical that every gap between tiles is perfect. I used 1/8 spacers and they seemed to leave a nice line once those spaces and the other gaps between individual stones were grouted.
I used Winter Grey grout, unsanded on the tile, and sanded on the trim. Both matched very well. I will say that sponging the grout required CONSTANT rinsing of the sponge. On the unsanded grout, I had to rinse out the sponge in fresh running water after every single swipe with the sponge. It took about 4 hours just to grout the shower walls, due to all the rinsing and wiping. Once I got the grout off of the "stones", it dried in a couple of hours to a haze which wiped off pretty easy with cheesecloth, leaving a very nice looking wall.
I'd say well worth the additional effort.
