How can I order one sheet (not a whole case) of this mosaic?

Asked by: Jersey
Good morning, This tile is currently only sold by the case, so if you were to order it you would have to order a case quantity. If you are looking to get a hold of a sample of the tile in order to see what it looks like in person, you can feel free to do so via our company website at www.MerolaTile.com. Click on the division with the Home Depot logo and then, in the Model Number search box, replace the text with this model number: FKOMSS40. This should bring up the product at the bottom of the page, where you can click 'Order Sample'. You may choose up to 4 samples for the cost of shipping and handling ($14.95, more than 4 samples are $14.95/group); sample swatches are approximately 6"x6". Samples of decorative and trim tiles or tiles sold by the piece are not available. Follow the "available at" link next to the item or "where to buy" tab to purchase these items. Moreover, The Home Depot accepts returns both online and at any local Home Depot location, should you decide to purchase any product and need to return it. Individual tiles cannot be submitted for returns. Currently, HomeDepot.com only accepts returns on items in the original Unit of Measure purchased. In other words, items sold as individual pieces can be returned as such, while items sold as cases can only be returned as cases. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Service department at 800-963-7652 with any questions you may have concerning our products. Thanks for your interest in our products! Hope that helps!

I need tiles of this design, but 1" x 1" square. Could be individual tiles or in a sheet like this one.

I am repairing a jucuzzi bath tub. The existing tile was put down with a rubbery type adhesive and grout. What do you recommend?

Asked by: Pops
Good Afternoon, The type of adhesive you use with this tile depends on the surface you are installing to. Typically, we recommend installing to concrete as it is the best surface, but tile can also be installed to drywall, existing tile and wood, just to name a few. Home Depot always recommends Custom Building Products installation materials, and Versabond Fortified Thinset http://thd.co/29Po1DR is a good option for installing to plywood and concrete. Be sure to follow the instructions on the packaging for the best results. If you have any questions about the thinset, you should get in contact with Custom Building Products. They can be reached at (800)-282-8726. If you have any further questions about the tile, please reach out to our customer service team at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

Hudson Edge Blue Eye 12-3/8 in. x 12-3/8 in. x 6 mm Porcelain Mosaic Tile (10.5 sq. ft. / case) is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from great color I had hoped to use this tile for a shower floor. but it is not a flat tile. It is too rounded, I think, for a floor. But I love the tiles enough that I am going to use them for a piece of furniture. This tile would make a great backsplash but I would not recommend it for a floor installation. Only one small tile in the box was missing glazed finish. All others were in great shape. The tile backing is not very rigid and so control when setting into thinset is a little tricky to keep even and squared up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Easy to install. The color seemed a little bright while in the box, but once installed it was beautiful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STUNNING TILE! The tile arrived quicker than I expected and I was blown away by the look of the tile. Under bright light there are subtle variations in the darkness of the tiles that gives it depth and makes it much more beautiful that uniform colored tile. Thanks Home Depot for making the purchase easy and turning my kitchen into a work of art.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Beautiful cobalt blue tile. I used this as an accent with subway tile, to add a little color and interest. Came out great! Hightly recommend this product. For the price can't be beat!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Kitchen Back-splash Design As a first-time homebuyer, I didn't have a lot of money to remodel my kitchen. Trying to tile everything I needed at $6-7/sqft would have been over my budget. Fortunately, these tiles worked PERFECTLY for my back-splash by allowing me to clip out a pattern with the cobalt blue and incorporate it into less expensive white tiles. The final outcome looks fantastic! The little blue tiles with the black edging are classy, interesting, and have gotten a lot of compliments thus far. And when combined with white grout, the whole thing 'pops!'

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Tile Choice for Uneven Surfaces Overall, the product quality was average, primarily because the tile had consistent chips in the entire order. However, once installed, the defects were hard to notice. In terms of installation, the tile was perfect for our outside shower, especially since the floor surface was extremely uneven. The flexibility of the mesh-backed mount made installation easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deep, reflective blue Tile is very pretty and has a look similar to glass tile. It is a very deep blue when installed in large areas.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Be Careful I am a DIYer and have tiled quite a bit with 4 different mosaic tiles just this last year. If you see the picture posted.... it might give you a fairly good depiction of what your finished product may look like---the lines do dont look straight on the posted back splash picture, and I will tell you why. I have done my kitchen bacskplash (different mosaic tile) tiled a curved surface with a very expensive marble mosaic tile, and tiled two different bathrooms (showers.) The latest job I decided to use this for a shower. Well, let me say of the four different mosaic tiles, this tile is the poorest constructed moasic tile I have ever used. The problem being in the mesh backing material the manufacture uses along with the lack of glue used in gluing the indvidual tiles to the mesh backing. Most mosaic tile backings have a fiberglass type of mesh backing-once the mesh backing on this particular tile get moist from the thinset you are in for one wild ride..it stretches, it warps, and the indivduals tiles fall off. These tiles are so overpriced for the poorest quality tile you can buy on the market.
