The burgundy centers matched our circa 1950 bathroom wonderfully, but my husband (who is an avid DIY kind of guy) had many complaints about the number of cuts this tile required and how difficult it was to space everything. He is meticulous though and it turned out looking great. I would say, we liked the tile, but maybe get someone else to install! ;)

This octagonal tile aligns with the feel and look of my older home ( circa 1910). I was contemplating a wood floor, but if your floor pitches or sags a bit, this tile is perfect for a solid foundation.
I also wanted a green diamond flooring and really no other company readily had the style but Merola. And after much searching, i went to the obvious source, HD, that had the product and assured it would arrive in time for the scheduled contractor to install it.
I would suggest using this tile pattern on a more limited floor space, since the tight geometric design can present a busy optical pattern. But for my old farmhouse bathroom, it's perfect.

Purchased online. The tile arrived at the store in good condition and on schedule. Would recommend this process to the experienced home owner.

We just did a second bathroom using this tile; the first bathroom we did ten years ago and it wore so well, cleaned so great, we wanted to repeat with a product we knew we could trust. We used with Pewter color sanded grout. White grout, we were informed, would become dirty and discolored over time whereas the pewter would remain the same color regardless of exposure to grime. This held true with our original floor, with ten years of daily wear and tear being a fairly good test.

Most of the tiles had a decent grout lines, bust some of them were glued together crooked. I removed all the little white squares and replaced them with grey glass squares

I was very pleased with my tile. It came quickly to my house and shipping was very reasonable. No broken or chipped tiles. Easy enough to install and haven't had any problems to date.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BuddysPal Product isn't installed yet but the Merola Oxford tile is great.
Fine, attractive tile, though it is a bit thin ( just 3/16") and had a tendency to crack if mishandled. Also a dropped metal object may chip the surface and leave a grayish mark below the porcelain enamel. Still we were able to install the entire shower floor and small bathroom floor without incident. looks great. The non-slip surface was a primary concern in selecting this brand.
