The Mighty Mato grafted tomato plant is a much heartier, much more vigorous tomato plant that yields two to three times more tomatoes than the average tomato plant. Normal plants cannot compare to the power that is inherent in grafted plants. Their root systems have been supercharged to help them defend against pests, diseases, temperature extremes, poor soils, and other environmental stresses. All Mighty Mato packages come with three grafted tomato plants and are shipped in specially designed three-pack containers that are rugged and will securely protect your plants during shipment. The Variety Pack grafted tomato plant will include one plant from each of the following varieties: Big Beef, Sweet Million, and Brandywine Red. The Big Beef is an excellent all-around tomato developed for home gardening. It produces extra-large tomatoes with a real homegrown flavor. The Sweet Million variety produces sweet, bright red cherry tomatoes that form in large, long clusters. They are extremely disease and crack resistant making them extremely easy to grow and eat. The Brandywine Red is an heirloom tomato that produces large, deep red fruits with a robust and intense traditional tomato flavor.

  • Grafted plants are plant varieties that are actually grafted or attached to a much more vigorous or wild root system
  • Wild root systems provide increased disease resistance
  • Have a greater tolerance to environmental stresses of extreme temperatures or poor soils
  • Provide a much more abundant harvest over a longer period of time
  • Have an increased resistance to soil-borne nematodes
  • Very hearty so even novice growers can harvest tomatoes successfully
  • Have an extended growing season
  • Pack contains 3 each, 6 inch plants guaranteed to arrive healthy and ready to plant

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cost $$$ Production -0- Health -poor Packaging was great, shipping took little longer than expected. Plants were poor on receipt. Planted immediately in appropiate soil, watered thoroughly and often. Plants have been planted for almost a month, very little growth, 1 bloom. I am praying for them but it is not looking good. We are "MIGHTY" disappointed in the "Matos". June 21, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by The plants looked good when I received them. They are growing well. It's a little early to give my review on these. Each plant arrived in good shape. I quickly put them into containers since that was my plan and watered each well. After having them for about 10 days I can say that each are growing. So far, that's all I can say in this review. It will take another month to really tell whether these are going to produce the way the seller says they will. June 12, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Did not preform as described Mid August I have picked 3 tomatoes and no more are present on the vines. They did not preform as described. The volunteer that came up in the middle of my garden has more tomatoes on it then these did. August 10, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by grafted tomatoes product was well packaged, with thorough instructions, and are doing well after a few weeks. Cannot rate the tomatoes as it is too soon to comment on their production. Recommend planting them immediately, as they are very small, and anxious to get out in the garden! June 13, 2012
