This gate is very high quality. Mine took 12-80lb bags of concrete for each post and it assembled pretty easily. its pretty heavy as it is made of high quality steel. it takes 2 people to handle, as each piece weighs about 100 lbs. it really looks awesome, i would recommend.

Great price on a pretty darn good gate. The gate works well with the openers we purchased from mighty mule. We have only had it installed for two months but so far, so good!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KRGV Nice gate-description is all wrong !!
This is a very well built gate, it is made in china which is not really stated anywhere, gto's openers are also made in china now also, the gate description was completely wrong when I bought mine, said gate was 6' tall which it is actually 5'6" installed height, this makes the low end of the gate 4'6" off the ground which seemed low enough for someone to jump over the gate, I called home depot and they agreed to refund some of the gate price as a gift card, the gate normally has a 4" space at the bottom which I did not want because our small dogs could go under, what I did to fix the problems is add 9" to the bottom of the gates made out of 2" square tube and extended the 3/4" pickets by inserting 5/8" square tube in the bottom of the 3/4" pickets and joining the picket extensions, worked perfectly ! the REAL details on the gate are: gate is actually very well constructed out of galvanized tube and powder coated very well, all welds are very carefully thought out to avoid warpage and the frame corners are actually mitered, no wrinkles in the arch bends either, the poles are very stout at 1/4" thick square tube, at first I was worried about the 7' 6"pole length since I was raising the gate height to the 6' it was supposed to be, this put the poles 30" into the concrete footing instead of the 36" called for, as it turned out the 30" pole depth was more than adequate due to the thickness of the poles, I did use 1 yard of concrete around the 2 poles so as not to have loose pole problems down the road like my old gate, my gate came with a free mighty mule FM402 operator which I was at first thinking was way to small for the gates because of the shorter travel but as it turned out the gates come with some very nice 3/4" ball bearing hinges and they swung so easy you can literally open them with your little finger ! the FM402 is a perfect match for these gates and the FM502 rams would be way too long and be overkill to the hilt !! Overall this a very nice gate and I am very pleased with it, just wish I did not have to add to the bottom of the gates, if the 4' 6" low end height don't bother you or the 4"bottom clearance is not a problem with critters or you dog then the gate is just fine as it comes, it is actually 5' 6" at the top of the arch installed according to the instructions, Home depot really needs to correct all these gate listings since almost all the information provided is incorrect, my gate description actually said it was made out of stainless steel ! which at the price of stainless nowadays I knew couldn't be right, at least it is made out of galvanized steel under the powder coat--unlike any custom one you would have made, this gate is built to last !
also the gates do have a 1 1/2" square tube rail about 1/3 way up from the bottom which is the perfect place to attach the operator, the pictures on home depot don't show this but the gate spec sheet does show it--another thing home depot needs to correct !!!!
