CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 45 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just the right fit It was the best right angle attachment for hard to get to grinding. June 14, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Did the job The attachment was okay, it allowed me to drill in a tight space but the mechanism was not precise so it produced some wobble at the end of the drill bit. May 31, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not shabby for light work Have a craftsperson version that I've used and liked (10 years old) but needed it at work, so purchased this for work so I can take my old one home. It seems like it was made by the same people, and it's almost as good as my older one. I use it on my cordless to drill to put holes in 1/8" ferrous metal and aluminum when there's not enough room for my cordless to do the job. I've found the trick is to let your actual drill wobble and keep the drill bit straight. Wouldn't dream of trying to use this thing to drill consecutive holes through studs to run wire. They make other drills for that. This is one of those tools that comes in handy when you need it, but you're not going to rely on it to make a living. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by For those times when your drill just won't fit I was installing something and my full size drill wouldn't fit in the space, but I still needed to put holes in something. Enter the Right Angle Drill Attachment. Easy to install and worked like a charm on the size bit I needed to use. Operation was smooth, quiet and safe. Unit appears to be sturdy enough for my use, although pros may want to look into a dedicated right angle drill for commercial/continuous use. March 22, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good tool for a limited use Due to a planning failure on my part, I needed to drill a hole in a granite counter with a limited space above it. Most of the options I found for right-angle drill attachments only accept driver bits, so they wouldn't help me. This tool has a full chuck (keyed), so it easily accepted my hole bit. The price seems a bit high for something that simply transfers power at a right angle, but it's still a much better deal than buying a right-angle drill for a single, or only a few uses. I also found that the tool seemed to get a bit warm, while my hole bit kept cool as it stayed wet. Because of this, I took breaks to let it cool down, and took several sessions to get through the counter. I don't know if this was actually necessary, or if the tool would have performed properly without cooling off periods. The tool seems solidly built, and is easy to control. Turning it by hand, I could tell it had a good bit of internal resistance, which would explain the heat. With better lubrication, this would not be an issue. March 9, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what expected It worked great for the first two items I drilled, however on the third drilling it broke and had to return to store. March 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by WOST PRODUCT EVER Has steel gears in plastic case, You do the math. Drill chuck made of junk metal, Hole for chuck key distorted after just a couple of uses Took it back and got my money back. HOMEDEPOT should send them all back to manufacturer and get there money back TOO January 31, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good when worked Used for about an hour on and off, then the bit kept falling out. Found the gear screw kept coming loose. Tried to repair but keeps happening. Would take back but do not have packaging anymore. January 26, 2016
