The unique, beveled gear assembly allows the drill bit to be moved into an infinite number of angles, allowing drilling/driving in areas not otherwise accessible with a power drill. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Another good idea from Milescraft, but..... This is another nifty idea from milescraft. I had to drill over a hundred 5/8" holes through a large number of replaced floor joists for all the electrical wires. After about 75 holes, this unit began to fail, and completely failed before a hundred holes were drilled. Opening up the unit revealed that a plastic bearing had worn out, causing the gear teeth to no longer mesh. This can be a very handy unit for some light duty work, but don't expect it to last very long if you expect to make it work hard. I'll give it 2 stars for a good idea. May 12, 2007
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Orbiter Drill Accessory It did what it said it could do, was of heavy duty construction and solved the problem of hard to reach places and awkward angles. I look forward to years of use and a lot less back pain from bending and twisting while using a straight line drill. Thanks!!!!!!!!! January 1, 2010
