Product Overview

American Cherry has always been prized as a premium wood with a unique, beautiful grain pattern. This durable prefinished engineered click real cherry floor features Mother Nature's naturally occurring beauty marks such as color variation and mineral streaks. Easy to install Simply engage the long sides at an angle and press down. The flooring is crafted of five layers of solid wood permanently bonded together in a cross-ply design. No HDF or other fiber boards are utilized. The stability of this construction provides superior strength, humidity resistance, and installation options (glue-less floating or glue down). The aluminum oxide finish provides 10 times more abrasion resistance than ordinary urethane finishes. Our company has been manufacturing wood floors to exacting standards in Johnson City, Tennessee for over 110 years.

Customer Questions & Answers

Is there much color variety from board to board in the natural cherry?

Samples in the store were all consistently light, and large display was all consistently dark. Does this have the characteristic variations expected in cherry?
Asked by: Beth
Yes, you will see all naturally occurring light/dark color and grain variation. The variation you saw in the store was most likely due to the age of the samples and displays. Cherry is extremely photosensitive and will darken drastically in the first few months after installation. The large display is darker than the samples because it has been exposed to UV light and oxidation for a longer period of time.
