Bought this drill a couple of years ago and used it for occasional home projects. While drilling 1/4" screw holes in concrete, the thing started smoking and stopped spinning (motor still ran but did stink a bit). Sent it for warranty repairs, came backs with "no problem found" verdict. Sent it back, got it back in a box full of loose parts with "repair not feasible" conclusion. Sent it to milwaukee directly, and they "decided not to fix it". Four conclusions: 1. junk product 2. junk company 3. premium prices 4. stay away - Harbor Freight is at least not worse and definitely a lot cheaper

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Boars like a hog This thing is a beast. I haven't used a better drill for electrical rough-ins. We are hard on our equipment, but this Milwaukee and the 7.5 version are keepers, lasting the abuse of rough-in after rough-in for years. Highly recommend it for residential electricians.
