Answer:
The difference is the cord. The 3107 has a Milwaukee Quik-Lok cord that quickly attaches/detaches from the tool. This cord is both for easy storage and easy field replacement if the cord gets damaged.
The 3102 has a permanent cord that can only be removed and replaced by a service technician.

Answer:
The 3107-8, which is discontinued, is a reconditioned tool. The 3107-6 is a new tool. The reconditioned tool offered a 1 year warranty where the new tool offers a 5 year warranty.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It works!!! This is a drill for tight spaces where you need a powerful drill to get the job done. May 23, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Milwaukee angle drill made in China Drill replaced a 40 year old drill of the same model. The head of the chuck retaining screw (left hand thread) broke off during the first use. Operating the reversing switch is a two handed function and very inconvenient. Reversing switch is small and in a bad location. Not enough power for a 2" self feed bit. Since it's an angle drill it still fits where I need it but does not measure up to the old Made In USA Model.
