The bits are in the tip. They reverse twice with the handle being a wrench, the bit holder also a wrench and a wire stripper in the handle. Funny, I thought the same thing but they are all there.

Answer:
They are self-stored in the shaft of the driver, not in the handle. That makes for a sturdy handle with no potential for a top cap to come off or break.

James, because this is a multi-tip screwdriver, the extra bits are inside the shaft and on the opposite side of the shaft.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 100 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome - Hex Driver Great quality and love how all the Bit's store in the handle when not in use. Much quicker to use then standard Allen wrenches. Easy to store in work bag. Top-notch quality. The only thing I would add is having the bit size marked and easy to read on the shaft of each bit, to make selection easier. February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Tool I do field service repair in facilities all over the country, versatile tools are extremely important to me, as I have to carry everything need. This is a great tool, impact rated bits that will fit most drills and 1/4 hex drivers, my only complaint is that you can not buy the bits separatly. So I had to but the Square Drive, the Standard, the metric allen, the standard allen and the torque, and I leave all the other handles at home and only bring one with all the different bits. July 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not for me This is a screwdriver that tries to do a lot of things. You've got 6 bit tips and three hex drivers. And that's very useful and why I bought this in the first place. If I could only have one tool, this wouldn't be a bad choice. If I could only have ten I wouldn't buy this again. Being as I have a lot more than that I'm waiting to get rid of this guy and go back to a 6-in-1. My main complaint is that this 11-in-1 simply isn't agile enough for a lot of work. It's a lot bulkier than a 6-in-1 and I've had trouble with it simply fitting into tight spaces. The shaft is pretty wide. And the tips are kind of a pain to change compared to a 6-in-1. May 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I have the Metric needed the sae I bought the metric set and liked them so much i bought the SAE and the TORX. They feel very comfortable with the rubber grip and the storage in the handle is nice. The length is perfect and there much easier to use then a traditional Allen wrench. Not sure why a wire stripper on them but there's one of them too. February 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to handle! This felt very comfortable to use an often when working 50' in the air it's nice to have the variations handy in 1 tool rather than several tools in the work tray! It was a delight to have the 3/8 driver included this is what Streetlights use to secure their housings with. March 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does what is needed I have three if these and I haven't destroyed one yet. It does what I need it to do. April 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very useful and convenient I use this almost everyday in my job; very convenient having the various bits in one place and not having to constantly change tools March 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Interesting It was interesting. The ad says it an 11 in one tool. I had to take it back to the store to find the other 8 embedded tools, as the label said nothing about them, there was no enclosed flyer that showed where they are. I tried pulling the stem out of the handle to no success, but it turns out that is where they are hidden. So yes, they are all there, you just have to know how to get at them. But now that I know, it is quite handy. February 16, 2016
