You REALLY have to pull hard or use pliers to get the shaft out of the handle for the first time. I think it will get easier with wear, but it sure was stubborn the first time. No indication on packaging how to access the other bits.

The best screwdriver I have ever had. Confusing on how to use at first, but great in design. Since there is confusion I will list the bits and uses. Pull the main metal shaft out to access the other side. 1&2. large Phillips and large flat head 3&4. small Phillips and small flat head 5. small hex (small Phillips and flat head shaft) 6&7. medium hex and large hex (both sides of large shaft) 8&9. small combination bit and large combination bit 10. wire striper (side) 11. wire hooker (holes in shaft)
