The bits are in the tip. They reverse twice with the handle being a wrench, the bit holder also a wrench and a wire stripper in the handle. Funny, I thought the same thing but they are all there.

Answer:
They are self-stored in the shaft of the driver, not in the handle. That makes for a sturdy handle with no potential for a top cap to come off or break.

James, because this is a multi-tip screwdriver, the extra bits are inside the shaft and on the opposite side of the shaft.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best I have looked around for the right screwdriver and I found this ...This was the only tool I needed to Wire in a vanity light .. and install it..Sweet.. August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not for me This is a screwdriver that tries to do a lot of things. You've got 6 bit tips and three hex drivers. And that's very useful and why I bought this in the first place. If I could only have one tool, this wouldn't be a bad choice. If I could only have ten I wouldn't buy this again. Being as I have a lot more than that I'm waiting to get rid of this guy and go back to a 6-in-1. My main complaint is that this 11-in-1 simply isn't agile enough for a lot of work. It's a lot bulkier than a 6-in-1 and I've had trouble with it simply fitting into tight spaces. The shaft is pretty wide. And the tips are kind of a pain to change compared to a 6-in-1. May 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best multi-function screwdriver I ever owned. One of the best ones I ever owned, I got a 2nd one and it stays in my truck. July 12, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great tool Excellent well made tool. Just a great all round product. Great price also. June 21, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by same but different Milwaulkee brands version of the 11 in 1 multi-screwdriver. A bit misleading because 2 of the 11 are the wirestripper and the wire bender. I don't really use these as I have a stripper which I think is easier to use for this purpose. Still I think it was a good Idea to include them. I like the thicker handle which I think feels better and helps with torque but an issue in tight areas(longer tips?). I used this tool for a year until the flat blade broke and I lost one of the other tips. I went to my old Klien with more tips(star which I don't use either). Overall, I think the tip material on the Milwaukee brand is better for gripping fastners and less wearing. This is the first Milwaukee hand tool I purchased which prompted to buy more of their hand tool products. June 18, 2016
