It is easier to operate and more precise for those type of cuts.
The combination sets of routers Milwaukee offers are great options. These kits come with both a fix base and a plunge base. The motor unit can we put into either base. There are two different combination routers kits available . The 5615-24 is a 1-3/4 HP unit and the 5616-24 is a 2-1/4 HP unit. Depending on what types of material you will be using the router on can help make that decision. If you are planning on using larger bits or using a more dense material, then the 5616-24 is a great option. If you are doing work on lighter material, using smaller bits or are looking for a less expensive unit, the 5615-24 is a perfect tool. Read Less
