Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does the job I needed a longer bit to reach some screws and wanted a one-piece bit rather than a magnetic bit holder and a stubby bit. This works well and even though the "neck" looks rather thin, it handles the torque quite well. Tightening screws was no problem. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best bits I've found I'm a real estate investor and I do all my own renovations. I use impact drivers on a daily basis and I'm so tired of using cheap bits that round-over and cam out after only a few uses. I saw these on HD's site and although they're more expensive then the bits I've been using I decided to "bite the bullet" and buy an assortment of these Shockwave bits. So far I'm pleased with the decision. I've been using the same 6 in. bit all day for a week and it's still good as new. I bought #2 Phillips in assorted lengths, a T25 for construction screws and ECX bits for replacing electrical switches and outlets. They all fit snugly and holdup well to an impact driver's abuse. Until the next "Latest and Greatest" comes along these are the best bits I've found. May 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by solid & durable drill bits The Milwaukee Shockwave impact duty drill bits are great for a variety of reasons. First the Milwaukee name means you're getting a well-built product, it is made from a special alloy steel that is engineered to last longer and absorb the shock, it has a magnetic tip and the slim tight fit holds without coming loose. It can be used in all situations. May 4, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The head doesn't last too long under severe use I have a slew of short bits that I bought awhile back that hold-up perfectly under severe use with an impact driver. I misplaced my old, long one so I bought this Milwaukee 5 pack. After a short amount of use on the impact driver, the head was twisted and worn. If I didn't have my old bits to compare it with, I'd expect that this was just me abusing a product and asking it to do something it wasn't designed for. Anyway, I found my old one and it's back in place happily mounted in my impact driver. I like Milwaukee products and there's nothing terribly wrong with these bits but: 'They don't make 'em like they used to.' February 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent screwdriver bit Excellent screwdriver bit, heavy duty and light. Perfect for narrow places March 8, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great - I love these These were a great purchase. Seem to hold up well so far! March 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The longest lasting bits that I have found I have switched to this style of #2 Phillips driver bits in my electric drill. I do not have an impact drill but I found that these bits last longer than regular bits. The bit may be harder than the other bits, or the thin shank may absorb some of the shock when the screw stops suddenly as it seats itself, but for whatever reason these bits are no my number one choice. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding I have shattered a few impact bits over the years but these Milwaukee bits are well engineered and I have not been able to chip them or break them yet. They include a unique shock zone to absorb torque and keep the shaft from breaking. In addition the tip is specially machined which allows it to grip the screw well. The slim shock zone is great for working in tight places. December 1, 2015
