I got my original one with a boxed set of drill bits. I'm a crafter and have been making signs out of old license plates. This is the size bit I use the most, using it mainly in my small bench top drill press to drill holes in license plates made mainly of aluminum, but some are steel and rusty. I've drilled easily over 100 holes, and it's just now become dull enough to need replacing. When new, it cuts through the metal like butter. I've also used it for wood in my portable drill. Just a super value. On the license plates, even with the drill press, it does walk just a little, but within an acceptable range - it's very minimal.
