Answer:
I'm fairly certain that all reciprocating saws use the same blade shank and locking mechanism. There are only a couple of blade brands available and they are basically made to fit all the saw brands interchangeably

Answer:
If you are planning to demolish the tub then a pair of goggles, heavy work gloves and a good sledge hammer will break cast iron tubs and sinks in to disposable chunks. Be careful and make sure no one else is in the area because chips will fly.
Cutting cast iron with a reciprocating saw is slow and you will need several blades depending on the size and number of cuts planned.

Answer:
Yes you should be worried about cracking, I would not even think about doing it! Any good metal saw blade will do the trick, the porcerlane, I can't spell that word, is another matter. It will shatter when you cut it.

Answer:
Hi Dewey, cast iron is real tough to cut. The blade you asked about is not the one recommended. There is other Milwaukee blades for cutting cast iron the sku numbers are: 486-355 Diamond grit and 490-035 a carbide grit.
Another brand called Diablo has two blades for cutting cast iron, sku numbers are: 339-539 and 339-732.
Cracking should not be a problem, however chipping can be.

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 63 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product This is by far the best, longest lasting recip. blade that I have found. February 17, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wears Out Fast on Steel Wears out after cutting three 1/2" pieces of #4 rebar along the entire length of blade. The Avanti brand is sharper an less per blade. Ten blades vs four for about the same money. I cut six pieces of # 4 rebar and the blade could have cut more. January 20, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by save your money performs the same as cheep blades / sure all blades cut great on soft steel / this one lasted no longer ( probably less than the cheep blades ) / on some good old fashioned thick American steel / teeth wore off same as others / some fancy paint / different shape and I got sucked in ( shame on me ) September 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cutting Edge Perfrormance Conveniently packaged in a reusable container, to keep the extra blades from floating around the tool box, these blades cut though steel like cheese. They cut true, not bending or veering off of the cutting line, even when being pushed hard. Especially useful with a variable speed saw, to permit finding the "sweet spot" where the blade moves through the workpiece with little effort. When cutting across the two sides of a piece of channel, the blade cut true on both sides, with no tendency to bind or bend. After multiple test cuts, the blade cut the same on the last cut as on the first one, leaving a clean cut edge. Even when "pushing" the blade (too fast and too hard) there was no scoring or burning and no noticeable damage to the teeth. April 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great blades Awesome. They cut like butter thru conduit pipe. Great for 1/4 to 3/4" plastic board any thickness of foam or foam rubber. OK for wood but scars it baddly. July 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding purchase These blades are excellent. I used them to cut the steel in my on Ground Pool so I could dismantle it and they were sturdy and cut thru the steel like butter. Excellent product. June 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by quality counts good quality, last a good long time, but the cost is high, as with everything, but it is only a saw blade it should not cost as it does, July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works well for my DIY home needs I'm a normal do-it-yourself home owner and sometimes have a need to cut metal. These blades meet all of my metal cutting needs. I like the longer length and so far a single blade continues to perform well after a few uses on steel pipe and aluminum angles 2" x 3" x 3/16". They seem to be quality blades and with this ten-pack, should meet my needs for a long time. July 12, 2016
