Get up to 40% faster drilling and 15% more life, even in the toughest applications. The Milwaukee 5262-21 is designed for the toughest applications, the 7/8 in. SDS-Plus D-Handle Rotary Hammer lasts longer and drills faster than other tools in its class. With a powerful 7-amp motor, it delivers 0-1,500 RPM, 0-5,625 BPM and 1.8 ft.-lbs. of torque. You’ll get superior drilling speed without sacrificing the power needed to drill larger holes. At just 5.8 lbs., this rotary hammer is easy to use and helps avoid user fatigue. A mechanical clutch protects the motor when the bit binds, and three-mode operation offers maximum versatility. The kit includes a side handle, depth rod and carrying case.

  • Powerful 7-amp motor: delivers 0-1,500 RPM, 0-5,625 BPM with up to 40% faster drilling speeds than the competition
  • 1.8 ft.-lbs. of torque: provides 10% faster drilling and up to 35% harder hits
  • 3-Mode operation: choose rotary hammer, hammer only and rotation only for added versatility

  • Mechanical clutch: protects the motor when the bit binds

Rated 2 out of 5 by not for me I purchased this model to drill holes for tapcons. It worked awesome at first, but it quit hammering . I took it to be repaired twice and it quit working again right away. September 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by is there a dust collector? great drill This is great quality and performing product...if I coud only figure how to add dust collection August 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by SDS Hammer Drill Awesome drill! . Used it to drill holes for hurricane shutters. Goes through concrete like butter. I suggest starting slow to start the hole about 1/2 inch then drill at full power. This will eliminate most of the chipping if drilling into a finished surface like stucco. Con: Depth gauge was useless...kept slipping and as a result I was drilling to deep. Had to improvise to lock it in place. September 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lived up to expectations First time Milwaukee buyer and will definitely be adding more of this brand to my tool set. Have done demo work on 3 windows (stucco) and 1 bathroom (tile) without a single glitch in operation. Next project is living room tile, which I'm sure will be a breeze. The size is perfect and not too heavy as to wear you down during prolonged use. My new favorite tool under $200. June 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by cool tool i bought one today, its not as strong as i need for this task. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A BIT, home depot sells a nice tile one for $15 though that works great! for removing tile this is AWESOME! the previous contractor laid tile at this house a few years ago right on top of plywood and did a badjob of it so i get to pull it up and replace with laminate. so i'm left with a mess of mortar on the plywood. no heres the fun part. PUT THE DRILL ON REVERSE and either to chisel or hammer setting and i was able to turn the drill on, hold it straight up and guide it across the motar and turn it to powder with my nice rigid shopvac i got from home depot as well (4gal 5hp). MODES: hammer - bit stays in place chisel - bit can move the other 2 modes are drilling switches that turn the bit. THIS WILL GET HOT DURING CONSTANT USE AT THE BASE! the rest of the unit is comfortable still, i used it for about an hour. pry several tiles, move them and pry several more, move tiles, repeat a few dozen times. i used it outside to try and destroy a small bush stump... didn't go so well so i went back inside to put it back to task. beats blasting away with a sledge hammer, in about an hour, i removed and cleaned up 150 sq ft of tile. i was able to smooth the plywood a bit more after using this with a belt sander and 36 grit sand paper.
