Answer:
I'm fairly certain that all reciprocating saws use the same blade shank and locking mechanism. There are only a couple of blade brands available and they are basically made to fit all the saw brands interchangeably

Answer:
If you are planning to demolish the tub then a pair of goggles, heavy work gloves and a good sledge hammer will break cast iron tubs and sinks in to disposable chunks. Be careful and make sure no one else is in the area because chips will fly.
Cutting cast iron with a reciprocating saw is slow and you will need several blades depending on the size and number of cuts planned.

Answer:
Yes you should be worried about cracking, I would not even think about doing it! Any good metal saw blade will do the trick, the porcerlane, I can't spell that word, is another matter. It will shatter when you cut it.

Answer:
Hi Dewey, cast iron is real tough to cut. The blade you asked about is not the one recommended. There is other Milwaukee blades for cutting cast iron the sku numbers are: 486-355 Diamond grit and 490-035 a carbide grit.
Another brand called Diablo has two blades for cutting cast iron, sku numbers are: 339-539 and 339-732.
Cracking should not be a problem, however chipping can be.

9 in. 10 Teeth per in. Double Duty Ice Hardened Torch Metal Cutting Sawzall Reciprocating Saw Blades (50-Pack) is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 69.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good product Not often do I need to cut metal. So I tried a blade on a couple of different pieces I had around the house. It proved to be durable, precise and efficient. The blade grabbed quickly on my mark and did not skip around. I had another project in mind to try it out, but that project has been delayed. However, from my tests I am confident that these will perform well. The blade I used is still sharp and available for more projects. So I cannot speak to how long it remains sharp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 'go to' blades! These long blades are my go to for everything from notching lumber to cutting through nails. They are great blades, For tighter/ackward places, the 12" blade by the same manufacture are awesome as well. The 12" gives you a little bit more flexibility in those tight spaces. As with all blades none last as long as you would like but I've reused them many times. I recommend these blades, and the 10 pack is a great value.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality blade at at reasonable price I am very pleased with the quality of these blades. They are a good universal blade that can be used to cut through a 2" x 4" , PVC pipe, copper pipe, sheet metal or the occasional nail. There are available in a 5 pack and a 10 pack. The 10 pack is a way better deal. It is good to have a few spare blades around. If you are using a cordless saw, a fresh new blade will help your battery last longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable Purchased for future use knowing I can rely on a Milwaukee product to get the job done Yes I could have purchased a cheap knock off but would have run the risk of fighting the task Living off grid, 140 miles RT to the nearest hardware store also played a role in wanting a quality product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome blades Having been in and around the construction and de-construction industry for many years, I have had the chance to use many different types of saws and cutting devices. None have ever proved more versatile than the trusty old sawz-all. The key to any saws efficiency is a good sharp blade. With this 10 pack you'll always have access to a fresh one, if/when needed. As for the blade, the 9" torch is not your ordinary cheap, flimsy sawz-all blade. This thing is rigid, strong and sharp. It won't walk around on you or slide off your mark like some will. This blade is super for deconstruction purposes, when trying to minimize damage and mess. It cuts through wood, plastic, metal and nails like butter. The 14 TPI give you a fairly clean cut and minimizes sharp and dangerous edges. If you need a flexible blade for a iregular cut, use a longer (12") blade. This thing will not bend or flex easily. Please remember to wear safety glasses and gloves while using the sawz-all or any type of saw. You only have one set of eyes and hands.

Milwaukee products are the best for commercial construction but the homeowner will get prolonged reliable use out anything they purchase made by Milwaukee. These blades are general purpose and work well cutting most materials.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good cutting blade i was cutting 4" cast iron sewer line took me 3 blades to make one cut, all in all it is good blade because the cast iron was 1/4" solid iron my sawzall was overheating. for general use this blade would be perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as good as describe They cut a piece on pipe 12 gauge like 3 times and that is it. They are not to shap enough to last or material use in the blades too weak.
