Milwaukee Ice Hardened products utilize a proprietary cryogenic hardening process that improves upon traditional heat treat processes. Unlike surface coatings that wear away, cryogenics harden to the core by minimizing soft metal (austenite) and creating more hard metal (martensite). The result is a product that is more consistently hard throughout, resulting in life up to 50% longer than the competition. The Milwaukee 8-Piece Bi-Metal Hole Saw Kit features durable bits made with 8% cobalt and cryogenically treated for a long service life. A case is conveniently included for organization and transport.

  • Bits mount to chucks with a minimum size of 3/8 in.
  • Bi-metal construction with 8% cobalt composition for increased wear resistance
  • Cryogenically treated for up to 50% longer life
  • Optimized tooth form for fast cutting
  • Wide, angled- and offset slots for easy plug access
  • Includes 3/4 in.-, 7/8 in.-, 1 in.-, 1-1/8 in.- and 1-1/2 in. hole-saw bits
  • Case included

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Part count bad Product worked good and cut through 1/4" steel. The size I needed was not in the box. There was two of another size instead. April 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great, very handy all sizes i use in a case This product works perfect for me. The perfect hole saw sizes in a case easy to just grap from my ulitity truck throw in a tool bag and only make one trip into an attic to do electrical drops or air or water drops. Very simple to change sizes . Also works great with a extention for going through a wall. October 29, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 For wood these are great, but for metal, you'll be frustrated and disappointed. I bought these bits to punch through a 16 gauge electrical panel. These things eventually ground their way through via friction. Took a Red Lithium Ion battery per hole, so 10-15 minutes worth of drilling and lots of cutting oil to keep it from over heating. So I was not very impressed with this at all for metal working. I'm going to buy the Greenlee set. The Lenox bits might be better too as I saw a demostration with a drill press that outlasted everything in it's class. I will have to give them a try. For wood these things are great, but not for metal. I might even buy a hydraulic knockout punch set. I really needed the ability to drill because I had to drill holes into 2 adjacent mounted electrical panels and run a nib through both of them. March 11, 2014
