Just as easy as it looks. And for the price unbeatable when you do a whole home with doors.

Looked like a sturdy product with lots of value. Unfortunately it is a horrible product and I can not return. The clamp deflects when tightened enough to stay in place.
The arbor saw/drill was slightly out of axis, resulting in a wobbly saw. Because it wobbled while spinning, the edges of the saw bit into the clamp a bit, wearing it down.
Because the clamp moves when a lateral or axial load is placed upon it, I was unable to use the tool to widen existing holes in salvaged doors.
Next time I will stick to the tried and true square and pencil technique!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by KC87 Not good at all when expanding existing lock bore
I was trying to expand an existing lock bore from 1.25" to the 2.125" standard size used today. I was attempting on a metal-faced wood door. I thought the extra money spent on a milwaukee product would pay off. Boy was I wrong. I noticed two major design flaws which may not be factors when drilling new holes, as the pilot drill likely anchors for the bore. However, with no anchor, the bracket must be very steady to hold the bore saw. That is not the case at all with this product. As soon as the bore started going, the subpar clamp system moved and the very poorly designed switch for the backset kept moving on me, which in turn had the bore saw go all over the place, nearly ruining my door. For the price of this product, I expected so much more. Go with another brand, which in my experience was the black and yellow brand for about $10 cheaper.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by stevelb1 Helpful but not great for enlarging existing deadbolt holes
I bought this to enlarge a deadbolt hole for a new lock on a metal and wood core entry. The hole saw size adjuster moved too much and it doesn't tighten tight enough. It wants to move. The key to getting it right was to push in the direction of the hole size selector you want. Mine was 2 3/8. Also important to help steady it with the free hand and just go for it. An extra clam would certainly do the trick.
Another annoyance was that it comes with a 2 1/8 size hole saw, Thats quite an assumption since a lot of new deadbolts today are 2 3/8 so I had to buy a separate hole saw. I would rather the hole saw be left out and sold separately and pay less for the product.
Now for a new hole it would be fine because the hole saw has a drill bit in the middle to start it so that would certainly keep it from moving.
However, to be more useful for enlarging holes where the starter drill bit isn't a factor, they should add an extra screw tightener and the ability to screw it to the door where the latch screws go.
In the end it did help but was scary going.
