The Milwaukee cordless Multi-tool is very easy to use. It can fit into tight spaces, precise cuts can be made in wood & the triangular sanding pad works well to remove difficult to reach corners. The battery life has allot to be desired. You definitely need (2) batteries to keep working. Full battery charge takes about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this "cordless" multi-tool :)

No where to put the Allen wrench, no where to store the dime sized parts that attach the bits, full standard capacity battery was dead within 5 minutes, wasn't working too hard. Included accessories, one saw blade, one sanding accessory and 4 generic sanding pads, again, no where to put these items, I own several other Milwaukee power tools and this one just lacks the intelligence that is typical of the brand. The screw comes loose while working.... Other brands do not use a screw at all (Ryobi) Further, several times the battery rattled out just enough to make the tool stop. Glad the other folks enjoyed theirs. Any case to place the accessories other than plastic baggies, no slot to stick the allen wrench, rattles apart and you lose the screw and holder in the wall, your done working with that tool. Disappointed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JJones the one i got had a compact driver included
well built tool. made short work of opening up a section of wall for some repairs with clean cuts. burns through the regular m12 batteries pretty quick on full speed but to be fair I had it working pretty hard going through paneling layered over sheetrock. if you haven't used one before be advised they can be really loud when cutting.
The one i grabbed at my local store came with a compact m12 driver which was a surprise but has already proven very useful. instore price for the kit was very good, for just two more Hamiltons than the #1 online retailer had the bare tool. kit included the hex shank driver, battery, charger, bag, sanding parts and a wood plunge blade.
Hope it holds up well, but I've had good experience with milwaukee in the past so I'm not too worried.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by fernbark A very handy tool
Once you get used to using this tool it is very fun and nice to use. It is a really good sander, but you will quickly want more batteries or the larger battery. The kit comes with alot of nice blades and sanding paper to get you quickly started.

Great A+++ in my opinion, I tried out three battery powered multi tools and this one wins. great machine I use it for alot of things and battery time is much better than Bosch's 12 volt series. sweet for cutting sheet rock to flooring and trim. Even the Milwaukee m12 drills are the best in my book for 12 volt power and the light weight. I paid a little more but its worth it for a good tool. If its a long job the multi tool holds up to task. I have three batteries, two that came with my drill and one that came with the multi tool. only thing that would be better if Milwaukee would includ 2 batteries with the multi tool. My opinion is try it and see for yourself. Im a hard guy to please when it comes to tools and Milwaukee is at the top my keeper list. Milwaukee does not over sell on what their tools can do for 12volt and light weight they really hold up and come through for me.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CharlieD I love it.Saved me three days and a lot of work
Dothan had three versions of this.
One was just the tool, one battery and charger.
The second had the tool, one battery, charger and cordless drill.
The third was the tool, charger and two batteries.
I chose the one with the two batteries because I already have a Rigid cordless drill that I can't tear up and didn't want to wait on one battery to charge.
All were $129.
Saved me a bunch of work. I love it

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DJE3 Top quality and very durable
I've used this tool to refinish the handrails and build a Pinewood Derby car so far. It sands excellent and can get into fairly tight areas. Very durable and won't hurt it to run it for several hours at a time. The cutting feature works great as well. Has enough weight to help with balancing and making use smooth and easy.
