Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by moretd A great purchase! Should have purchased a long time ago.
I should have bought this thing a long time ago! I own a professional automotive shop. This impact is a great deal at a great price. It has plenty of torque to loosed even the most rusty, stubborn lug nuts. It is perfect for those times you need to take a wheel off in the parking lot so there is no need to drag an air hose out. Plus, its a pleasure to not hear the air compressor kick on all the time! A must have for the professional or the DIY'er!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rubenp Best investment ever made for my tool box.
Very impress on power, battery life and super easy to use. 2 batteries, charger, wrench and a well made case. 5 years warranty, got to love that too. Like other reviewers say on here and other sites " buy it, you'll love this Impact wrench"

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by s3tupt3ch deeply disappointed
I was very excited to receive my impact. I knew it would make my job a little easier by not searching f. or and dragging air hoses around anymore. It performthe first 8d flawlessly the first few times I had to use it then it started to work sometimes and not other. Less then a month and within ten uses my $379 (before shipping) purchase could no longer be used. I never tried to see about the warranty because I figured I probably voided it when I first got my impact by engraving my name on it. I went online and ordered a new trigger and switch connector block assembly for $79 and hopefully takes care of the problem.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BLTAuto Out Performs the Snap-On equivalent!
I own a very busy mobile mechanics business, cordless tools are a life saver. I purchased this one after reading all the reviews and researching different brands. I have used cheaper ones (Ryobi and Craftsman) and have been very disappointed, I have used the Snap-On one, and was impressed but didn't like the battery life. I decided to purchase this one, it has not yet let me down! I haven't drained the battery in a single day yet! Takes off the rustiest, worst lugnuts such as old 4wd Rangers and beat-up AstroVans to name a few. Works on crank bolts and cam bolts without stuttering.
If you are thinking about buying it, do it! Worth every penny, and it paid for itself within the first week.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Trooper Milwaukee that says it all. Excellence
I have had Milwaukee since 1971 and everyone is great. This is the second impact but the first was NiCad. This one is stronger, harder hitting and lasts a lot longer in the field. Makes lug nuts a snap to take off. Great out in the barn for working on the equipment and in the field. Hands down, the best I've ever had. Lithium endurance was the sell and the impact improvement is great. Get it and don't even worry about looking back. Built for hard workers. Thank you Milwaukee workers for a great product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sparky It is a beast
I really wanted a solid cordless impact. I am a weekend shade tree mechanic without a compressor. I wanted to be able to take tires off and do some heavy duty things. I was not disappointed. Came with 2 batteries, charger and unit. Charges fast and removed almost everything I threw at it. Even ran a ball joint puller most of the way. Would definitely recommend!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pops Very impressed
I'm a Diesel tech by trade, so this particular tool is very necessary when working on big equipment. I was leary at first. I wasn't sure about battery versus air. No concerns necessary. This gun will deliver the needed torque everytime. The batteries have a handy charge-indicator button so you are aware of battery life. The only suggestion I have is to get the friction fit model. The detent can be annoying and difficult to use, but it certainly does provide a secure fit for the socket.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tyler Perfect for Shop Use
Been a car fanatic for a while and had some of the m18 line for around the house stuff. Got this when I was hired at a local dealership. One month of constant use in this thing is simply incredible. If you use torque bars to reattach lugs you will go through the battery a little quicker, maybe 4-5 rotations per charge. I hand torque so I charge the battery maybe once every 3 days or so. And that's with constant use. Have used colleagues air wrenches and there's no difference I can feel. This thing is a beast.
