Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Cant beat Milwaukee! I have several Milwaukee M18 tools, (purchased from HD) and I have not found fault with any of them. This small, light weight battery only adds to the versatility of the tools. It is designed not to fit the larger M18 tools like the 6.5 inch saw, but for work in tight places it is perfect with the smaller tools. I have 2 of the larger batteries for the heavy tools. This works well with the drill and the impact driver and the work light, don't let the smaller size fool you, it will stay with you all day for for tight place work. Like I said you cant beat Milwaukee! willway October 6, 2010

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The drill is great, replacing bad battery under warranty is difficult I have 2 of these batteries and one has has already gone bad after 7 months of only occasional use. I charge it until the green light comes on indicating full charge, but then it goes dead again in about 5 minutes of use. I'm sending it to Milwaukee's service center for testing and replacement under warranty. 1 bad battery out of two isn't a very good average and I'm disappointed by it's short life. I'm also disappointed by the hassle of having to ship it off to a Milwaukee service center in another city, and then wait for knows how long to get a replacement. In my opinion that's a poor policy for replacing a defective product instead of just being able to get a replacement at the local Home Depot where I bought it, as I have done with other good brand name products that failed while still under warranty. Hopefully Milwaukee will at least honor the warranty and the replacement battery will be OK. If if is I will be satisfied even if getting it replaced is time consuming and irritating. The drill itself is great, and if the battery problem works out OK I will be satisfied with the overall tool & battery package. October 4, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great drill but batteries don't measure up to hype! Have 2 lithium ion batteries with charging system. Batteries have charge indicators on them. Battery charger says batteries are at full charge but when placed on drill the indicators on batteries show only 1-2 lights and can't even screw in one screw before dead battery. At the price of this system the quality of battery is less than desirable. $80-100+/battery - really!!! May 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing This battery only holds it charge for about 15 minutes. July 1, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced & very short life You'll be very lucky to get two years out of these batteries. I have had 4 fail within three months of the expiration (two years from date of purchase - assuming you keep your receipt). If you end up with these - KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. January 12, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by I like the charge status LED lights. Great little battery and it serves it's purpose, but I expected too much. I'm a commercial electrician with heavy use on cordless drills. I love the compact feel but it just doesn't have the endurance especially for use with hole saws. I now have to purchase the full size M18 REDLITHIUM?XC battery pack. November 11, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor Two of these came with my drill kit. Used the drill several times around the house. One of the batteries died after being used less than 3 or 4 times, All the lights are dead, and the charger indicates a full charge, so it will not charge. So now I am stuck with a good drill and one battery that I have no faith in. Will not spend a bunch of money to replace it. June 23, 2014
