When I bought this set I was a little worried because of their batteries but milwaukee has made me a believer that they are on top of the power tool industry. Then I went and bought the circular saw and it's a beast so is that monster of a impact driver and hammer drill.. The Hackzall thans alone in the saw nation as number 1 hands down.

Been using Milwaukee for 30+ years, have tried the competition and not had good luck. The batteries don't seem to be affected by them sitting in the cold truck overnight during the winter like the yellow brand. Milwaukee has the most innovative product line of power tools to choose from and have a 5yr warranty.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Maceo Wow!!! This is a very nice combo set
Milwaukee has done it! This combo set is fantastic the drill has plenty of torque and RPMs the impact driver is strong enough to remove lugs from my truck and that Hackzall is no joke. Dewalt is history in my book because there batteries or junk and so is Ridgid which I took that x4 back for the milwaukee I just wish they had the side handle for the drill...

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Robert Best cordless set I have owned. Highly recommend.
I have owned many cordless sets, the M18 set is by far the best set I have used. I highly recommend this set to anyone that wants a quality cordless set.

The Hackzall works great, has plenty of power. It balances out so you can cut with one hand, that comes in handy when your on a 10' ladder cutting 3'' EMT. I am an electrician, and this kit has every thing you need. Drill and impact both work great, and the flash light comes in handy, but will upgrade the bulb to a LED.Wish they were still made in USA like they used to be....

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FBALL Great Kit for Contractors
I'm a sub contractor and I use this kit every day. I bought a M18 1/2 drill in addition to this kit and 3rd xc battery (which I recommend if you will use them for work). I have yet to find myself totally without power. The Red Lithium batteries last a long time and charge quick enough that even under extremely heavy use, one will charge before I run out of another. Most days the batteries will last all day.
The quality of the tools is very good as well. Hackzall looks funny, but is actually quite useful. The balance is near perfect. I had a couple of guys make fun of it until they saw how great it is for one-handed use. The impact driver is heavier than the deWalt counter-part, but has a much nicer feel, and will drive just about anything with ease.
Over all an excellent set of tools.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Shaun Great tools.
I've had my tools for about 2 years now. Best cordless tools I've ever used. My favorite tool is definitely the hacksaw. Awesome one handed use, great for cutting conduit or PVC, or any pipe or lumber for that matter. Great battery life and quick charge time. Only issues I have are the rubber side bumpers on the driver have come unglued from the body and I accidentally burnt up the clutch on the drill because I didn't have it set for drilling and I was using a large hole saw. The drill still works fine but the clutch system slips if your using it as a driver. My fault. Wish the clutch to drill wasn't a simple turn of the chuck dial but maybe a switch simular to the 1-2 drill speed. Last of all light bulb did burn out rather quickly in the flashlight, but got a replacement LED bulb for it and it works great. I would give it a 4 out of 5.

I purchased the kit a couple months ago, and i used the light one time, burnt out and left me stranded in the dart within and hour, and the hammer drill burnt out within 2 months, and good luck getting ahold of a rep around here. Id rather have my money back then warranty repairs within 2 months. garbage product if you ask me. electrician
