Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bink You have to wear it under something...
The jacket doesn't have near enough heating elements, and the ones in the front don't seem to work.
Because the sleeves aren't heated, you only feel heat on your upper back. In cold situations that is really noticeable. But it makes the cold parts of your body feel even colder.
But, if you wear this under a heavy jacket it makes a world of difference. You will be warm enough to withstand chilly situations.
The biggest complaint is the battery pocket. Its located in the worst possible spot and its so wide the battery moves around a lot in it, so there is no way to keep it in a comfortable spot for long.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sicpup great cant imagine not having it this winter!
The battery is a little heavy and takes some getting use to . But that is, in my opinion, a small problem compared to the warmth and comfort that this product provides. I have ordered two more as gifts.

Had to send back because the heated hoodie would only work for 10 minutes and then shut off. We did get another one because we were sure that it was just a flaw in this one. We have another one now and it is wonderful! The hoodie is soft and fits well. And since the heated part works well, it keeps my husband toasty while outside in this cold weather.

I am very happy to have this hoodie as part of my wardrobe. Hoodie ships with a battery and a charger. The heat distribution focuses on the chest area and upper back shoulder blades area. The heat sensation is very similar to the heating pad. To power On/Off, there is a small button on the left front about 3 inches below your collar bone. Simply plug the included M12 battery in the battery holder, keep the power button pressed for 2 seconds and it will turn on. The power button provides 3 heating levels. When you turn it on, it will set to red (High Heat). Press it again and it will set to white (Medium Heat). Press it again and it will set to blue (Low Heat). Battery provides 6 hours of continuous use and re-charges in half hour. To turn it off, keep the power button pressed for 3 seconds. When the power is on, the button lights up. It could be very helpful when you are working in the dark so that others can spot you easily. For some, power button LED could be annoying but since it’s not a fashion jacket, I would not take it as a negative. At high heat, it takes about 30-45 seconds until you start feeling the heat.
Outer shell of the hoodie is 53% cotton and 47% polyester. Inner shell is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. It is made in China.
The only flaw in this hoodie is that it cannot be worn in wet conditions. So, if it’s snowing or raining, you can’t wear it. I think that battery pocket and heat wires should’ve had some kind of water proof mechanism.
Product Overview sections says that it has a built in USB port to charge small electronics. I went through every inch of this hoodie but could not find that port. I don’t believe it has any USB port.
Heat wires are flat and your body does not feel them.
The battery sits in a small pocket located near the back left hip. If the zipper is open, then you will feel its weight; but if you are used to having a wallet or cell phone in your pocket then you wouldn’t be bothered by it. If the zipper is closed then you almost don’t feel it.
You cannot bleach it, iron it or dry clean it. You will only machine wash it with gentle cycle in warm water and finally tumble dry on low heat.

This is my 3rd wearable heated device from Milwaukee that I own. Its a great hoodie, The fit is perfect for me and the battery life.. like always is excellent. The fact both my tools and this hoodie use M12 batteries makes is a huge bonus. The battery charges in 15min-30min and tends to last about 2 days for me. The Milwaukee logo on the front of the hoodie is a bit extreme; people often think I work for Milwaukee when they see me.
After receiving this my wife forced me to get one for her so I ordered a gray small... Its a bit big for her but she loves it.

I got the red sweatshirt with the giant logo. The white logo seems to be lacking in quality, it seemed a little transparent, compared to the rest of the jacket. Fit is a little large so good for layering underneath. I am a big guy and usually wear a 2XL and the XL was plenty big enough for me. My wife also enjoys this jacket and would benefit greatly from a longer battery life. I have seen that there are adapters available to use the 18V battery packs but they are just too large to use with the sweatshirt. Overall pleased with the purchase.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SatisfiedCustomer Worth Every Penny!
I bought this hoodie for my boyfriend for Christmas. He works outside in the cold Iowa winters. He loves it! I was skeptical about washing it but It was washed in the washing machine and dried in the dryer and still works like a charm! Definately worth every penny to keep him warm in the sub zero temps! One last thing is this hoodie holds very true to size. I debated on going up a size but glad I didn't.
