I was a little apprehensive about trying these at first, where they are made in China, but I've had such good luck with my Milwaukee cordless stuff, I figured why not. With a little use now, I will say that they seem at least as good as the other brands that I've used for years.
They were sharp enough right out of the pack. They go through timber in my m18 Fuel drill like you wouldn't believe. I think it's the coating that's on them that reduces friction. They do have a little runout to them, wobbling a little, but doesn't seem to effect usage. They have the ball detent for use in a 7/16" hex quick chuck, which I have an adapter on my large right angle. They also are stamped as being impact rated, which I do plan on trying a cordless 7/16" hex impact driver at some point.

I needed a couple ship augers and saw this set, which is a quality set that performs well, was also a good deal. For less than the price of two bits purchased separately, you get three bits as well as a nice case to carry them around safely, which has room for additional bits if you add to your set.
As far as performance I've used mine mainly for plumbing and electrical work. They easily drill through studs, plates, and other 2x and 1x lumber with ease and quickly, as well as the occasional nail, but make sure to use a low speed heavy duty drill.

Im a pro. electrician and have used many brands of augers over the years. This set of bits is by far the best bang for the buck it comes with the most popular size bits for any wire puller and they last.
