I guess they changed their mix last year,we had no problems , But this year we are growing a really healthy crop of as my Wife puts it yucky MUSHROOMS . it also has a really bad Oder to it. I could have gotten the same results using the really cheap garden soil with bat guano in it. Needless to say we will never buy any more of their products

I have been gardening for years! But this is the first time I bought Miracle Grow garden soil. It was FULL of pieces of bark, plastic, twigs and junk! As for it actually helping the plants remains to been seen. if I had wanted all the "junk" in my veggie garden I would have just thrown in mulch! Will try something else next year for sure.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lphillips Worthless! Mostly wood chips, clumps of clay
I had high hopes for this product given my high liking of the miracle grow brand. But these bags were full of filler material like small wood chips and small clumps of clay. Honestly there was more filler than soil. Very disappointing. I will Not be buying any soil from miracle grow.

I used other products but I have more success with Miracle Grow. The vegetables plants grow faster and stronger. And produce more vegetables than the other brands. Thanks Miracle Grow for making a great product.

Not sure if this is improving the growth of my plants or anything, but the one thing that bothered me is once I put it in the raised beds mushrooms started popping up everywhere. At this point there are more mushrooms than plants, even though I get rid of them every day. Not sure if this is a plus for potting soil I don't know about...

We used this for our indoor flower pots, and now gnats are all over the house and bathrooms. So I guess this product is good for outdoor only.
