After having the area pressure washed, waited for rain free day. Then applied 511 IMPREGNATOR PENETRATING SEALER to deck with long handle paint roller.Even the first coat repelled water. Had enough to do two coats over all. VERY pleased!

I used this sealer with a cup and a paint brush. Only one coat was necessary and there was little to no odor. 2000 sq ft of grout was completed and there is a little less than half left in the container. Cleaned up with water and soap. Does not turn the floor glossy or change color of grout. Excellent product and a great value!

I use this on granite and limestone. A stone mason just told me he uses it on bluestone outside... I've used a lot of other treatments, some imported directly from Italy, and with this one you really notice the difference afterwards. Water beads on top of the stone.
Also, one other application: used on solid porcelain recently. Not only did it seal the grout, but the surface was even shinier. Very good product. Best part: low odor, and any odor there is does not last long.

I have used many sealants but this one by far is the best. Easy to apply, absorbes immediately into the surface making it water proof/stain proof as soon as it's dry within minutes. Low fumes, water based...I love this product. Does not change color or add shine. This is a penetrating protectant helps with clean up of leaf stains, wine, etc on natural stone & porus pavers.
Excellent product ~ thanking goodness we found it!

Love how water, milk and other spills bead up on the tile after this sealant has cured. This large container is MUCH cheaper if you need a lot. Highly recommend!
