I was thinking of throwing away a fairly large mirror in my master bathroom because of the edges. I had looked at other do-it-yourself framing options but they were quite expensive so I was excited to find this product at Home Depot. It was fairly easy to install (definitely buy and use glue, the tape will only last for a few days). The only drawbacks are the fact that it doesn't cover up the mirror holders and the corner pieces are plastic and look like it. Otherwise though it definitely upgraded the mirror and saved me from having to buy a whole new one.

one of the best purchases - so easy to install, looks nice and dresses up an otherwise blasé bathroom

For a small cost snd easy application this is a great update. We rescued a mirror a neighbor had put to the curb after a remodel job And invested in the frame with a great result.

Easy to install and added a nice touch to both of our bathrooms.
Double sided tape was a hassle to pull apart as one of the reviews stated, but product did come with extra tape. I would also use a stronger glue rather than the glue that they supplied.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by nanag sounded like a good idea!
this product just did not turn out to be quality looking or affordable......very cheap plastic look resembling a chocolate Hershey bar in appearance rather than wood...did not appear to look like either a picture frame or type of crown moulding....that is what I envisioned.....returned it and took down original large mirror and replaced with 2 smaller premade mirrors.....perhaps the other finishes would look better but the royal oak did not....................

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ivy138 Nice product but definitely need to buy the glue!
I love the product - easy to install and looks great afterwards... But adhesive tabs are insufficient. Edges started to pull off mirror after the first shower. After paying $50 for a kit, I want it to work and not have to go out and buy extra products to install it (That's why you buy a kit!) They should just include a small tube of glue. Considering what you're paying for, I deserve to get a complete product.

I had hoped that this product would work to spruce up the bathroom mirror prior to selling our home. However, the material was obviously plastic fake wood and so it would have cheapened the look of the bathroom. We returned the product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fleetster Easy with professional results!
I was looking to update two oversized plain bathroom mirrors. (You know, the kind that came with the house in the 80s and takes up the ENTIRE vanity wall.) Took me less than two hours to complete both and I can't believe the difference! I followed the other reviews and used liquid nails along with the sticky pads. Professional look for not a lotta money and not a lotta time. Gotta love that!!!
