I need to cover about 285 Sq. Ft. Looking at pavers vs. artificial grass, but am having a difficult time pricing it out due to incomplete and/or missing information on your web site. I am hoping to be able to calculate the per square foot cost to compare.

Answer:
250 pavers per pallet.
4 in x 8 in / 144 sq. in/foot = 0.222 sq. ft/paver
250 pavers/pallet * 0.222 sq. ft/paver = 55.6 sq. ft/pallet

Are there really only 250 bricks per pallet? This calculates to $3.16/brick or $14.22/ sq ft. Am I missing something here?

I see no answers to the previous questions. The "Product Overview " says 250 per pallet - however, that being said, they also say 4 feet per piece, which is utter nonsense. It takes 4.5 pieces to cover one square foot. Each piece covers .222 square feet. Therefore, to make a 100 square foot patio, you need 100 x .222 or 222 pieces or a little less than a pallet.

Answer:
You are correct that 4 square feet per piece is nonsense. However, your math is also wrong. You are correct that each brick is 0.222 square feet. However, to cover 100 square feet, you need to DIVIDE 100 square feet by 0.222 square feet/brick. That gives you just over 450 bricks needed to cover 100 square feet, or almost two pallets.
