Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Daved Nice Rug for a standard front door
Most of the recycled rubber mats are pretty similar in construction and feel. It comes down to the print on it, and whether it's your style, when you are deciding whether it's a great product or not. I must point out, this is in front of a 36" door, and the measurements are 35", which is a little odd., since it's not a 30" rug, or a 36" rug. Why an inch short, I know not. That said, nobody coming to my front door is going to look down, pull out a tape measure and scoff at the difference.
It's a nice looking rug, and the color is fine. I wish it had a few more bright pops of color, as it's mostly the blueish-green, which creates a softer look. But it's a clean look and inviting to guests.
One suggestion: if you have any aggregate driveway or sidewalk stones, shake or brush it out a couple times a month because the dirt and stones collect in the grooves and get uncomfortable on your feet or in your shoes. It's easy to clean and maintain, though.
If you like the look of it in the picture, I would recommend it for your purchase.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by LongTimeCustomer Did not last
Bought this doormat at the local HD. It has been at our front door outside about one year. Colors have faded and the design has worn off the surface where you would wipe your feet. The design was made of small fibers that helped wipe off shoes. So I basically have a piece of black rubber in front of my door now.
I expect a doormat to last more than one year. See for yourself I am attaching a photo of my mat.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by PilotRexT Beautiful, but faded quickly
This was a beautiful mat. For about 3 months.
I suppose I should have listened to the warning from a few of the other reviewers...but I guess I was hoping I'd get lucky and get one that DIDN'T fade. Didn't last but a few months before a big ol' patch of black started to appear where there were once pretty colors. The rest of it still looks nice but of course it's outside the front door, and folks tend to step in the same place before stepping in the house. So that place pretty quickly developed a faded spot and now it is totally devoid of color there. Quite disappointing.
I don't know if this is necessarily an issue with this specific mat or rather this TYPE of mat. In either case we won't be buying this type ever again (unless it comes in black so you can't tell when it fades) and will probably instead go with one of those thicker brown and black varieties, and will stick to flowers to provide a splash of color in our entryway instead of a welcome mat.
I'll also say this -- the mat itself doesn't seem to do a terribly good job cleaning off the bottom of my shoes. I think something with more texture would help (i.e. rather than the handful of lines between the squares on this mat). It also didn't help that I was hesitant to rub my feet on it for fear of it fading as per a few of the reviews. But the spot fade happened anyway so I suppose I should have just gone to town on it and I would have gotten more use out of it.
So, in summary, if you want to buy this as art to hang up on the wall, it's a great product. But if you're looking for a functional door mat that will last some time, this is probably not the product for you. It is nice and big and good and sturdy but if you want it for the pattern......you will probably be disappointed in a few months.
