I just installed new shrubs last week. Will this stuff hurt them or worse, kill them? Are there instructions for protection if needed? Thanks

Answer:
I used Mold Armour around plants and shrubs and haven't had any problems. You should water the plants first and rinse them after completing the job.

Answer:
Be sure to rinse the plants well before and after applying the House Wash. As long as you do this so the product doesn't remain in contact with the plants they'll be just fine.

Answer:
what kind of tile roof? barrel or slate or something different? This has some bleach in it. Maybe try a small insignificant area first and see what the label says. You must rinse it off within 15 mins so that could present a challenge.

Answer:
This will work fine unless the tiles are glazed. The bleach in the House Wash could dull a glazed finish.

Answer:
I used the product on a second story dormer above my porch roof. The runoff of the product on the roof didn't do anything to the asphalt shingles. I didn't have any mold on the shingles so I don't know if it would help to remove mold, but it didn't adversely impact the shingles in any way.

I would not purchase this product again for any type of mold removal,it simply is a waste of money and hard work. Pressure washing is the only option and I would not recommend this for a shingled roof. Using just a hose does not give you enough water pressure to remove any kind of mold even if scrubbing the product by hand and the little spot where it almost worked was stained in a yellow color after washing it off many times. Answer:
If the screens are made of a plastic material this will be fine to use on there. If the screens are natural fiber or metal this product will damage them.

56-oz. House Wash (2-Pack)-DISCONTINUED is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 55.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great job! This is my second time using this product. I advise you to spray the second floor while there is still at least half of the product in the btle. I know it says start at the bottom, but it worked this way as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked on about 90% of my siding, I had to do use a brush and scrub in a few places, but didn't have to climb a ladder! Would use this product again and the free shipping help the sell of this item.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from impressed I live in a mobile home and the skirting facing North gets filthy as well as the vinyl. I had a plant too close to the house that left moldy and rusty looking stains on the skirting. When I took everything out and planted new plants, well, it looked just awful from the street.I sprayed this stuff on, waited about 10 mins and hosed it off. It took everything off and left it looking clean and bright. Even when the house got pressured washed, the gunk never came completely off. This product works. Period. I highly recommend it to all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from YES - Buy this product This product is absolutely amazing. Forget the spray bottle with bleach, a ladder and sponge. THIS STUFF WORKS BETTER THAN GOOD OLD ELBOW GREASE. In fact, now I know what I'm getting everyone I know with siding for Christmas. (OK, obviously only close friends and family) Truly, I recommend this product to anyone that understands the saying "work smarter, not harder".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works very well I was very happy with the effectiveness of this product. It did a good job on my vinyl siding and stucco. Saved me a lot of time since I didn't need to use my pressure washer. Only down side is I bought one bottle in the store for the same price as this two pack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mold Armor House Wash I have used a lot of cleaners that claim you just spray on wait specified amount of time and hose off with water. THIS IS THE FIRST ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. This product even cleans the gutters without removing the paint. Excellent product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product really works! My house was covered in green moss and black mold which had been accumulating for seven years. I had to apply the product two or three times in some places, but the green and black areas went away. I have a two story 3600 square foot house and the entire job cost less than $100 including using Mold Armour's deck product on the composite decking. Also, the siding on my house is HardiePlank by James Hardie. Their technical service bulletin warned not to power wash the siding because the force of the stream of water could break down the fiber cement over time. Mold Armour enabled me to clean the entire outside of the house without power washing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Re-packaged Bleach It is just bleach re-packaged in a hose end sprayer and sold to you at a premium price. Save yourself some money...buy a hose end sprayer and a gallon of bleach.
