This is a great product and works exactly as advertised. The key is making sure you mount it properly. If you do not, it will not work properly. You can comfortably fit 5 bikes on this rack.

Very difficult to hang fat tire bikes. Mounting hooks are too small for larger tires. Well built & easy to install.

It's funny I got this email today. I came home today with my bike laying on the floor. My rack was installed correctly. But the mount that holds the square bar in place is a very soft metal. It folded over and my bike fell to the ground. Also this rack was advertised to fit six bikes. I could maybe fit three. Also the hooks could be redesigned to hold the rim of the tire better. I would not recommend this product and may have to replace it already. Or atleast replace those mounts.

This product is complete junk! They took a system for hanging lawn tools, added a different hook, and called it a bike rack. The supplied hook does not securely hold a bike. Bikes do not hang straight even when the the brackets themselves are level. They have grossly overestimated it's capacity and weight capacity. I hung three adult mountain bikes, a child's bike and a unicycle and the main bar bows badly. The metal components in this system simply were not made for this kind of weight. Also, getting six actual adult mountain bikes on the bar is theoretically possible, but you better hope you never need to get one down. It is such a tangled mess that it is nearly impossible to just remove one bike. I wish someone had posted a review here detailing the actual abilities and quality of this system before I spent nearly $90 on about $10 worth of materials.

once I got it up - went to put the first bike up and it popped the hook off the rail. maybe if you had toddler bikes it would be ok - but a mid size bike wouldn't stay. at least it came off the wall quicker than it took to put it up. would not trust it.

Easy install. Holding two adult mountain bikes, 3 kids bikes. With the adult mountain bikes, the J hook actually is not clipped on the bar. It will stay no problems but not as sturdy as I would like. Overall, best storage system that I found. Had a Husky system that the mountain bike actually ripped the track. I find multiple mountain bikes are just not as easy to get up and stored due to their weight.

The storage rack can hold 6 bikes. Works best if you hang one bike with handle bars facing down and the next bike with the handles bars facing the bike rack.
Took a week to get. A little expensive but worth it.
