Answer:
This sink should fit a 24" deep vanity. The top sink rim depth is 22". The drop in depth is about 18" deep.
So, as long as the vanity had more than 18" open between the back wall and the front inside edge, this sink should fit.

I need to replace a basement half-bath sink/vanity with a utility sink, but still want it to look decent. Is the edge of this sink appropriate to mount onto a regular vanity cabinet?

Answer:
As long as it's a full 24" deep cabinet and not a 21" deep vanity cabinet. It's a tight fit in a 24" wide cabinet so I would recommend a 36" wide or wider to give you a little counter space. The edges are nicely finished for a drop in installation.

I have a 24" base cabinet flanked by two 12" base cabinets. I am hoping that because this is a drop in sink that it will fit into my 24" base cabinet, even if the rim on the countertop extends beyond the edges of the base cabinet. Has anyone else installed this is a 24" cabinet? Thank you.

Answer:
The fit for this cabinet is determined by the cut-out measurements needed, so a 24" cabinet may or may not work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this sink This is the third natual stone composite black sink I have installed....kitchens, utility rooms, etc. This is an excellent product and continues to maintain its surface look through much use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The only black laundry sink I could find anywhere! With so many homes having first floor laundries and/or combination laundry room/bathroom, it was frustrating to look for a "laundry sink" that wasn't some homely, low-gloss, off-white "tub." This was the only one I could find that was black and glossy, and, was special order-only. While the description may lead you to think it is made of some heavy composite material, it really is a plastic tub with a glossy black coating applied to it. I would NOT recommend this for laundry situation that will involve lots of heavy duty use, scrubbing, chemical soaking, etc. My laundry room is also a full bath so, for me, this will function as a wash-up sink 80% of the time. It looks great and should last a long time in my light-duty use. A big improvement over the dreary old plastic tub. It is 3-hole drilled for a 2 handle laundry-style faucet or bar sink faucet. It will also accommodate a standard bath sink faucet and that's what I chose because I wanted a single-handle combined hot/cold design. It will NOT work with a kitchen sink faucet, which would have been ideal to have, as I could have also had a sprayer. I easily drilled a separate hole for a soap dispenser. For installation, like lots of modern sinks, there are no hold-down corner clamps included. You will need to glue it down with silicone seal/glue and weigh down the corners for several hours while the glue set. A little light duty but looks great and functions well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great utility sink This is the 2nd one I bought as we just moved to a new home and I was very satisfied with my old one. This sink looks good and is very durable, it doesn't look plasticy and has a nice texture. The deep sink well works great for the kind of things you wash in the utility room, like dogs, large containers etc and has not scratched or stained over the 3 years I had it. The old sink was top mounted but I am going to try under mount for the new one. Very pleased with this purchase!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from How bad can it actually be? I read other reviews and most were good so I figured the bad ones were flukes. Well I got the sink and took it out of the box, and it looks like a nice product. BUT...when I flipped it over I could see that the underside of the sink where the drain seals was not machined flat. So there was no way the drain was going to be able to seal or even point straight down. I don't know why the store even bothers with selling this junk. RETURNED!

I am not satisfied with this product because we discovered, a small hairline crack, after it was installed. The crack is located in the bottom right front of the sink. It was not possible to see it. It was discovered after the sink was filled with water and it started leaking. Does Home Depot or the manufacturer have a compound that can be used to seal this crack? Please let me know what to do ?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sink review. Nice but a little thin It has a granite like surface and fiberglass backing it appears. Could be a little thicker but its fine. Ordered the sink online. It had a tiny crack on a corner where it entered the sink wall so we returned it at a local store and ordered another one without fuss. It was under-mounted by our granite sink guy and over all its very nice and certainly much better than a plastic type.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Drilling required for 8-inch faucet The predrilled holes are set for a 4 inch faucet...not a typical 8 inch spread as found with most kitchen style faucets. We wanted a pull down spray nozzle faucet in the laundry room, which required an 8 inch wide faucet...so drilling was necessary. Otherwise this seems to be a great sink. Lightweight, sturdy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks like plastic I thought this sink was a composite that was supposed to look kind of like granite. Ita just plain white plastic. Seems OK quality bit definitely not on the heavy duty side. Mediocre, but then it wasn't expensive.
