Customer Reviews

2 Way Radio 35 Mile Range Weatherproof - Triple Pack-DISCONTINUED is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great walkie talkies! (Poor headsets) A friend of mine told me that the only way I could get any type of "decent" walkie talkie was to pay at least $200 EACH for one. Well, I found a great pack of THREE walkie talkies for less than $200 that work AMAZING. The range is impressive. I live in a three story building, and I am still able to get a signal and talk to someone who is underground in the basement with me on the third floor. The only reason why I didn't give this product 5 stars is because the head sets don't work all that great. The ear pieces work fine and everything sounds great when you talk into the actual walkie talkie, but when you try to make your life easier and use the handsfree convenient "little mic" on the actual head set, it's very hard to hear what is being said. It sounds very muffled. So I am now in the process of finding new headsets. THE WALKIE TALKIES ARE AWESOME THOUGH! They have a very long battery life. We used them for at least 15 hours one day, and the battery was still great. Don't doubt these walkie talkies. They seriously work fantastic. DO doubt the head sets though. Find a package that doesn't include head sets (it's cheaper!), and then find head sets that are compatible with this walkie talkie.
