I love my beer can chicken roaster. I can easily go from BBQ in the summer to using all winter in the oven for that same great flavor. It can hold any type of beverage can you choose to use and is sturdy so your chicken stays upright. After using mine, I have purchased several more for family...we all love it!

We were very impressed with how well this beer can roaster works. The chicken comes out moist and great tasting. It is nice to have the option of doing the chicken in a regular oven or on a barbeque. Thank you for carrying the product, I happily recommend it!

Product is okay. Couple of suggestions: It would be better if it came with its own pan to catch drippings even if it would make the product cost a couple of bucks more. And maybe further down, make the item collapsible to take up less storage height. But product served the purpose for which it was purchased for.

for $3 its cheap and does the job, instead of the can itself tipping over. line a 9x9 pan in foil and put this roaster on top. buy it already!

I am not a big fan of white meat chicken, too many bad (dry) experiences. Either a chicken is cooked too quickly or at too high a temperature for both the breast and the dark meat to come out right. And then, of course, ones gets the occasional old hen that will never come out tender. I used this beer cooker in Jan. this year, 2010. I put a bunch of different veggies in a 2" walled roasting pan, much like the pic on the device displays. I set the oven at 350 and cooked away. 350 doesn't really do the job. I've discovered 400 is the right temp to make sure the vegs and chicken are done at the same time. I also put crushed garlic in peanut oil and rubbed it all over the chicken skin. The end result was crispy chicken skin and chicken breasts that literally melted in my mouth. I didn't notice a distinct beer taste from the whole affair, (I used a Heineken) so I would imagine a soda can full of water would do the same trick but that I'll have to test. In any case, I don't think I'll ever roast a chicken another way. This unit gives a perfect result for tender white meat. I think I'll try a small goose with veggies next. The Mr. BBQ Beer Can Chicken Roaster gets 5 stars from me. Rob
