Customer Reviews

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent RV product!!! Our RV sits in storage a month at a time in the hot California weather. Mr. Green has worked wonders in keeping our coach smelling fresh. A little goes a long way and it definitely does the trick for breaking down the solids between the infrequent dumps. I would highly recommend Mr. Green. - Mark in California July 26, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Erases odor completely and quickly I originally had a very negative reaction to this product that was based on what turns out to have been confusing information on its label. As originally worded, it appeared that boat owners' holding tanks would not benefit from MrGreen holding tank treatment unless and until they had thoroughly flushed the tank. I have no experience with RV holding tanks, but flushing a sailboat's holding tank means finding time to have it pumped out, refilled and pumped out again at a marina, something that is at least inconvenient for those of us whose sailboats swing from moorings that are some distance from a marina. So I fired off my reaction, "I consigned the container and contents to the recycling bin." Never did I expect to hear a word by way of reaction. But the President, Pure Bio-Clean Solutions, Inc., had other ideas. An email arrived within a couple of days explaining that the fault lay with confusing content on the label. Flushing is only indicated for tanks that held strong chemicals, not human waste. The labeling has been changed, but most striking is this company’s dedication to one customer, and to making sure that his company's messaging is consistent with his product's capabilities. I was asked to test the company's bilge cleaner and holding tank treatment, and sent me samples for that purpose. I tested both, and have reviewed the bilge cleaner elsewhere on this Web site. While the jury will be out on the holding tank treatment until we do some pump-outs in the fall, my initial experience is very positive. A customer sailboat that had been plagued by a foul sewer odor below decks that defied correction, even when all the lines were replaced. When checked about 30 hours following pouring it into the head and flushing it into the tank, the holding tank treatment had erased the odor. The cabin and berths were people-friendly once again. That the air was fresh and not heavy with the sickly-sweet smell of the citrus products I have tested was and is a huge plus. Pure Bio-Clean Solutions is offering boaters and RV owners two real winners. (Well I guess there aren't many bilges in RV's, but you get the point.) Here is a company that strives to offer solutions not just marketing babble. I cannot recommend it to you more enthusiastically. August 5, 2012
